Thanks for sharing it again! A 3:1 ratio of plaster:flour + enough water to make desired consistency + a small amount of oil is easy to remember. Can you please tell us what the ratio of rice flour:glue:cooking oil you used to make your cold porcelain clay (for the leaves)? Thank you!
Another winner! Thank you for sharing your art. I learn a lot from watching you although I’m totally amazed at how precise and cleanly you work. My area is a disaster zone after I’m done… I’ve made several houses inspired by your videos and had so much fun.
I think this would be great to put strawberry jelly in. Might try for a grape jar too. My grandchildren would know which to bring me when I make them sandwiches.
I love everything you make, and my grandchildren & I are all inspired to make items, in part, because of you. I would like to point out that I own those small bottles you use to make the yellow dots and I see that you show mixing the paint, glue, flour, water, etc., in the lid but then when you show it in the bottle it is significantly watered down and I know why: those tips don't allow anything even slightly thick to flow through. My fabric glue doesn't even like those little bottles and I thinned it out with some acetone. I think you do your subscribers/viewers a huge disservice by leaving out details like this. Alternatively, I would use the end of a paintbrush or a round ball-tip of a clay modeling tool to dip into paint and apply.
Thanks. I understand your situation with that bottle. You see in the video i add water to make watery mixture so the liquid can go out from the needle . Anyway, this is my experiment and first time working with that bottle. So far, it works for me🙂🤗
Hey! I love what you do!! I already so much inspiration from you! I have been making my own houses with your models!!t I add mu own colors, details and my designs… I follow a lot of people but I always go back to your Oreos!!! 😂😂😂 Another time I will tell you my story and tell you how much you helped me to deal with my sadness… I would like to know your name and where are you from! If you could, I would like to chat with you, if you don’t mind! My name is Roberta and I have been following you for years!!! I really would like you to know how your ideia eloped me! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The only thing I would have done differently would be to paint the inside of the glass jar with watered down red acrylic paint, then add some waterproof varnish of some kind, before starting to cover the outside. That way, anyone looking into the jar would see the red strawberry all the way through. (I may try this myself, in fact). Thank you!
@@clayitnow Yes, the varnish would have to be 'food grade', and definitely have to let the bottle open for a few days, to make sure everything dries off properly.

@@April4YHWH I don't have exact measurement yet..just mixing them and experiment with it. Probably 1 rice flour: 1/2 glue and then oil.
@@clayitnow thank you, I will try that.
What kind of oil is it?

Grazie
merci !!
What is the use of adding flour to plaster, please ?
Einfach toll aber was für einen Kleber verwendest du denn dafür? 👍👍👍👍👍👍😁
Danke. I use pva glue
I think this is beautiful but maybi ask how you wash the jar? Can cold porcelain get wet?
Oh..use clean napkin or towel dipped in hot water to clean the jar inside the sttawberry.

That sounds good. I wanted to put in candy or chocolate in the jar so keep the inside glass jar clean 😊

Можно не красить внутреннюю сторону, а баночку с наружи грунтовать Красной краской, а потом накладывать слои.
