    I made a miniature bowl tutorial again

    I just watched the whole process in front of me and I still can't comprehend how this level of tiny detail (without even painting) is actually possible lol. They turned out great!

    I always thought the patterns of these were randomly thrown then mirrored scribbles, I never knew how much work and artistic skill actually went into replicating the design without a machine, truly amazing.

    I don't think I've ever seen anyone use a cane to make intricately patterned dishes with. That's actually brilliant!

    I can not tell you how impressed I am. I must have watched hours of Carol Duval work with polymer clay . Bought a bunch, even got a pasta roller, and have never managed to turn out something remotely resembling art. You do incredible work! ❤

      ​@Random Female there is always an "all my output is crap" phase to learning any new skill, you just have to push through to the "oh, this is fine, I guess, but it could be much better" phase, which is a little easier to get through.

      @@clayzoo I find polymer clay so hard to soften and really hard to make little doll faces the print seems to get swallowed.but your chin is brilliant 🇬🇧

      @@jeanettereynolds3151 That's an accurate analysis! You should allow enough time to knead the clay before working.
      And it is not suitable for making small doll faces. Sculpy is more comfortable to work with.

      This pattern should be based on ancient Chinese blue and white porcelain, which has a history of more than 600 years,you can have a search on it if you are interested in it

      Translucent clay This is the clay I use often.
      However, it is not available in Korea.
      Colorless translucent clay has been out of stock for several months

    I didn't know that polymer clay could be so detailed and delicate! My sister and I were introduced to polymer clay years ago at our public library. We would make little animals like dragons and elephants and birds and play with them. Seeing what beautiful things can be made makes me very impressed!

      Playmobil is a brand of toys. I had an entire village of them when I was a kid. When I outgrew the playing age I made little scenes with them. Back then ( the 80’s) there weren’t too many options and I made a lot of play dough food.

    패턴 만드실 때 얼마나 많은 시간 노력을 했을지 상상해 봅니다. 일정한 두께를 유지하는 것도 어려운데 모양이 일그러지지도 않으니 끝에 가서 원하는 모양이 완성되네요. 그리고 멋진 그릇들이 완성되었네요. 👍👏👏👏

      I never learned miniatures. It's not my area of expertise.
