@@mariee.5912 Her questioning went beyond the point of usefulness, it got quite lame and his actions to start driving and smoking are really understandable considering where he was and being not present in person in court
Yes, lawyer's comment exploited the judge's inappropriate comment that the witness driving off during testimony was "bizarre" - - the opportunist lawyer extended that comment to make it seem like the judge was dismissing the witness's entire testimony as bizarre. If the jury heard that (?) it's prejudicial. And disrespectful of an honest witness who was pushed to the end of any reasonable patience.

I find it hilarious that Elaine is trying to equate remembering someone’s clothing to remembering if someone had bruises and cuts on their face. Elaine badgered him, repeated the same question dozens of times, not only by asking it of every TYPE of makeup known to man, but also whenever he made an impactful point, she'd immediately dilute it by "asking" the same question YET AGAIN -- "But you don't know if she was wearing makeup, do you?" OBJECTION ASKED AND ANSWERED DOZENS OF TIMES!

I love the honesty in his testimony. Yes. We don't remember the details unless there's emotion attached to it or a traumatic experience. Day to day experiences, we easily forget. He's right everyone got problems plus he prolly is getting these calls on a daily basis...

To be fair it was an actual event in her life, you remember those things. I still remember details when I testified 20 yrs ago when two drunk teens attempted to mug me. He watched people go in and out the lobby for like 13 yrs. It's like being asked to recall description of a UPS driver of a normal delivery 7 years ago where nothing out of the ordinary happened

Came back to take in the entertainment provided by this gentleman. Refreshingly honest, you have to love it! What I learned from this trial is that Amber Heard is a compulsive lying sociopath and reaffirms having fame and fortune doesn’t equal happiness. Everything really boils down to the people around you, creating healthy relationships, and serving your community.
