great idea how to build a house.
The concept is brilliant! Takes up no more room than yet another golf course. Plenty of wealthy dudes don't want to golf EVERY day, or don't even play. You're well off and buy a McClarren or Lambo, that's great but not much use driving in traffic on the 405, or Wilshire. Why not have a cool pad to store your machine and actually get to legally take it out and enjoy it. Plus, unbelievable sales tool for potential clients. They've been to the NFL Skyboxes, this would be an amazing change of pace. (Sadly, will never be part of my world...)
