@@RabidJz that's not correct sensor ground is a low voltage ground that needs to be pinned to the ecu. Power ground and sensor ground are two diffrent things. Your power ground will attach on the intake mani or back of the head. Signal - ecu Sensor ground - ecu Power ground - intake manifold Spark ground - back of the head Power - ( self explanatory)
What pin number did you use for each coil on the infinity. I'm trying to install this but I an overwhelmed. How did you go about activating it to the ecu?
What did you use for cool boots for the aem smartcoils wanna use those for my ignition. It’d be awesome if you could make a video on reference ground. Asking because I have a 96 gs with ecumasters emu classic wondering about the reference ground. Tapping all sensor inputs and adding iat, wideband and map sensor right now.
That came out really well! I’m using the same coils for my rx7 and about to make my own harness too, do you have a site for good tools for cheap for electronics like this? Crimps, de-pinning tools etc
Hi one question, do you wire them in order of ignition or order of cylinders? For example, if my engine fires first the second cylinder, do I put it on the Ignition Coil #1 of the ecu, or i wire to that pin the first cylinder of the engine
@@RabidJz if i am using one coil for two cylinders, (it’s an inline six with 3 coils): to the signal wire of the coil 3 for example, that ignites the cylinder 1 and 6 in this engine, i wire the signal of this coil to the pin ignition coil #1 and #6?
I wish I wasn't such a noob with this kind of stuff. This video was extremely helpful thanks for the content.
Thats a top job. I am sure she is going to happy with this
Dont Sensor ground goes to ecu? And other ground to cylinder head.
No. Sensor ground is the common ground. Ecu is signal

Signal - ecu

Spark ground - back of the head

Do you do side work? I am waiting to run holley EFI on my 2jzgte swap, I have an old LS harness that needs converting to work on the 2J.
Is there a specific wire length? Or are they all the same and should fit and clear the 2jz.. are you using the 8 5mm or 10mm wires?
What kind of braided sleeving did you use on the harness? It looks very nice.

Coils will pin in order. 1-6
how many relays did u add
Oh look! My white table place mats!
👀
Lol busted! Great content brother keep it coming!
Yeah, she will always find out. Good thing there's a thing called video editing 💪

Msd wires. Reference ground I grounded to the manifold

All tools and wire i ordered from dealers on eBay
Hi bro any tips or guide aem v2 obd2 wont fire cylinder 2.3 for bsereis ..
Trigger almanzar

You wire them to the cylinder. 1-1 2-2

No, you would wire them as 1 2 and 3. They are double fire coils so the firing order will be 123123
@@RabidJz But the coil 1 does not fire the cylinder 1. Do I still wire it to the pin “Ignition Coil #1” ?
Great video, what gauge wiring did you use?
18
Nice work
What Gauge wire do you use 18 or 20
I used 20 on my setup
@@RabidJz 20 throughout the whole thing? Even for the main power from relays?
Crap my bad, I used 18 gauge on my whole setup. Sorry guys
You Oliver Anthony?
No lol
What's the part number for those pliers?
Sn28-B
nice, 👍👍
