Please Do One for the ECU Master Fluid Temp Sensor on the EMU Black. I notice the Instructions Reference an EMU Classic & also has resistors, I'm Assuming with the Black we don't need to use the resistors as we can do that in the settings but The Instructions don't reference any info. It would be great video as well to help those of us who are confused RE the resistor & how it may affect other things if at all on the same pin.
Hi there! I have question. If i want connect adittional temp sensor to analog inputs (like oil temperature or any kind) shell i use the same way or it necessary apply +5 V with pullup resistor? I wounder if analog inputs have built-in pullup resistiors or not?
There is documentation to cover when you need to, but if you know the exact sensor please email your question over to support@ecumasterusa.com and they can give you the specific answer.
My sensor is in a bad spot on my IC piping. Can I throw a 45 or 90 degree fitting on the weld bung and then plug the sensor into the fitting? Will it still read correctly if it’s not directly in the path of the air moving into my engine? My sensor in aiming/hitting one of my motor mounts, so I’d like to use a threaded fitting to have it aiming not straight down anymore. Hope I explained that correctly.
Power ground is where all the current is dumped to chassis ground from anything the ecu controls (injectors, etc). Sensor ground does not touch the chassis anywhere, it only connects the ground side of sensors to the ecu
More videos like this please 🙏🏻
Many more to come!
And to run a speedhut gauge you can just splice into the wire or the modules has output to?

How do you add aftermarket sensors to a 2zz PNP ECU?

The air temp sensor needs to be in the air path in order to respond quickly.
So the a coolant temp sensor will wire up like that sensor to then but using the clt spot as the power side and the other sensor ground
Correct. We will have one of these videos for each sensor we sell soon
How do connect this to my 2005 Wrx Impreza
What is different from the sensor ground and power ground on the ecu black

Make a video installing a custom harness
This is the plan, it will be a few months before we release that video... but it is coming
