You tell no lies. The two weeks after I did a fenugreek treatment. I got like 80% less shedding. Fenugreek is life! And I've been using it on my moms hair because she is on medications that cause thinning. N omg. It is thickening her hair majorly.

You are a goddess. Absolute lifesaver. I’ve been using your hair growth oil for almost a year and just started using the tea this week. I honestly never thought I would see an improvement in my natural hair. I’ve been natural nearly a decade and had never seen hair past my neck or collarbone. Now I’m finally grazing armpit length, it’s crazy. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate you and all that you share. Whatever I can do to support you and your channel, I can’t thank you enough ❤️❤️❤️

      @annesmith9633 6 лет назад +12

I use this for my scalp (and added jojoba oil): ruclips.net/video/tArotHd4iN8/видео.html
Other things I've done over the past year that I think have helped my growth:
      -Praying hands method to moisturize
-Low manipulation (I used to finger detangle daily, now maybe once a week on wash day)
      -Protective styling my ends
      -Shea Moisture JBCO line
-Whipped shea butter to seal my ends
-Henna glosses (thanks to Curly Proverbz!)
      -Aloe vera gel pre-poo
-Heating up my conditioner (I have low porosity hair)
-Just started using a tea spray and literally have so little shedding it's insane (I addd brahmi to this recipe -> ruclips.net/video/hHdQNrZwEaY/видео.html)
Good luck with your hair journey!!

Hello Curly Proverbz . This is my first ever comment on a RUclips channel. . I want to thank you for saving my hair. I’ve been natural for about 5 years and although my hair has grown I only saw real ‘beast mode’ progress since I’ve been following your channel and making the glosses and hair oil. For years my hair was thinner on one side and I tried everything to make it grow. Your herbal recipes have saved me.my hair is thicker and stronger and retaining length. Thank you so much. You’re an inspiration. Joyce from London

How you dont yet have 500K viewers I dont know....Anyhoooo...thanx a mil for all your videos and detailed education on hair care. I do a lot of your DIY's , when i use the fenugreek i actually put it thru my vitamix or my nutribullet and i pulverize it to a powder to mix with the other Ayurvedic powders. I also pulverize flax seeds and add just a bit to my DIY's.

You continue to be my favorite hair guru. 3 years ago my hair had thinned terribly from health issues and meds. That's when I began my hair restoration exploration and then I found you. Ayurvedic is the way to go. My hair is thicker and healthier than it's ever been before. I am always amazed at how healthy and full my hair is now. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and knowledge. You are the bomb!

Girls, make sure you have a good shampoo/cleanser. One of my biggest mistake was wasting hundreds of dollars on oils, conditioners, moisturizers, etc that did nothing for my hair because of all of the preexisting buildup on my strands. If you're going to cowash, DONT just use a rinse-out conditioner. Make sure your cowash contains an actual surfactant (cleaning ingredient). Or else find a shampoo that removes product buildup without stripping. Just a tip to get all of your expensive, nutrient rich products to be fully absorbed into your locks :)

When I first started my journey I followed you and your teachings.... my result was that I got waist length hair but was iron deficient so I kept shedding. Then I had a major set back this year used heat a lot. 😩 now that there are 2.5 months left. Motivated more than ever to get back in to the regime.

I am E for sure... I try to balance protein and moisture. Wash every 7 to 10 days. Use a leave in, seal ends, and only wear hair out 1 to 2x a week. Try to be gentle when washing and detangling. I am active and eat well. Take my vitamins and still breakage. I do have hard water and plan to start using a clarifying shampoo.

I have PCOS (so a hormonal imbalance) and fibromyalgia (symptoms include: adrenal fatigue, overall soreness, and brain fog) and have been taking ashwagandha for those reasons. I'm extremely grateful to hear it'll be useful for my hair as well. My hair is thinning like CRAZY and I'm only 26... (I use child sized hair ties because I need to wrap the adult ones around 7+ times to secure them) I went to a local natural health store and found organic living fermented ashwagandha in liquid form. Supposedly it's more bioavailable, and because its fermented its also beneficial for digestive health. Have you tried this before?

Oh ladies so sorry to hear all your experiences. How are you all doing now? My friend has something similar. Have you had hormone levels checked? Most probably. You've probably thought about changing your diet as well. Maybe play around with taking some foods out the diet for a few months (milk and cheese are usual culprits). Lessen processed foods and junk and sugar. Sleep and exercise. I should take my own advice 🙂xxx

I am so glad that I rediscovered your vlog! I went natural over 5 years ago. I did the big chop and my hair is now collarbone length. During this time I have been all over the place with the use of different brands and types of natural hair care products. I do have a question for you. If I were to mix the Kalphi Tone Powder with olive oil to use as a growth oil for my scalp, what (if anything) could or should I add to get the maximum benefit for hair growth? Thanks for sharing and I look forward to your response.

I’ve been at a plateau also. Definitely will try Ayurveda herbs. Henna gives it a nice color. Thinking about trying the RICE WATER RINSE.

Thank you for putting me on to fenugreek. I mix the powered form of the seeds in with a protein free moisturizing deep conditioner. This way I create my own protein-moisture balanced deep conditioner. I saw Jamaican Mango and Lime makes an oil blend of JBCO and Amla so I will be purchasing it.

Girl...this video is Awesome!!. You did it again Love. And you look so pretty.😍. The first one though...I cannot find at the local Indian store,...
    1. I am doing the challenge with you. How often can I do a Henna mask/full treatment?
    2. Can I add the Henna and Amla to the Belle Bar tea? (Make it all in one) Then follow on the next day with leave in conditioner.
Again girl you need those 500K views 😄😍😙👏
