This video has been so helpful for me! I watched it halfway through 2 weeks ago and then I got distracted and forgot to finish watching it BUT I remembered the tea!! I have a thyroid condition and sometimes it kicks me in the head lol and I get really THIN HAIR. So for two weeks or so I've been using very strong black tea in my deep condition treatment (I even part my hair and plop the tea bags on my scalp and leave them there for an hour or so) and it has made a HUGE difference! I'm really excited to try ashwagandha on my scalp since you mentioned it helps with hormonal changes. Thank you so much! And congratulations!

After using your oil and cassia for only five months, I have already seen the difference. My hair is soft and it already looks thicker! I just ordered some rhasaoul clay and I can’t wait to start alternating that with the cassia. Thanks Curly Proverbz. You have changed my hair game!

I used onion juice last year when we first went into quarantine since l was home everyday and didn't have to be around anyone or worry about the smell. I used it 3 times a week. I would put it on at night, put a plastic cap on and go to bed. I would get up and wash it it off in the morning. I swear l saw a ton of hair growth. The only down side was the smell. I have locs, so they really retained the smell. Even once l washed my hair, l could still smell some of the onion smell. I didn't really care because l was home everyday but it does linger. I also used the onion juice on my eyelashes and eyebrows. My lashes grew like crazy and my eyebrows filled in completely. The only downside was the onions near your eyes does sting. But it was worth it to get the desired results, after a while l got used to it.

I cry when I cut onions. I can't imagine putting it near my eyes... :( Happy it worked for you.

@@shannonarmstrong6364 it is a slow process but it worked. I used it every week on wash day like a prepoo. Over several.months (like 6) I saw the hair at my temples, which had begun thinning for no apparent reason, begin to fill back in. I don't use a ton of tension and didn't get styles like box braids so couldn't figure out why the hair there was getting see through. But slowly, the onion juice worked. I only recently started using it again (it's been about a month) exactly the same way. I never tried it as an oil--the once a week juice and adjusting how I dealt with my hair in those areas worked well enuf.

Girl you look fabulous! Your makeup is on point! Your video are what get me through the week. They are full of awesome information. With the onion juice, i use i regular onion with 2 cloves of garlic and boil it. And usually put my pre-poo in the night before ( or about 3 hours) then i would massage my scalp. I found this part help a lot, if you can put a hot hat over your head or under hooded dryer. It like hair on point. I have been doing it since January. And i notice the shine, my winter shedding is cut back to normal. Like damn!! But consistency is key! Then follow that up with the black Africa shampoo that my girl Ms. Proverbz mention and did a video on. Ladies, those two things are amazing... then you deep conditioner. This awesome lady has made my hair journey liveable. Like it do able.

Curly proverbs I use onions, garlic & cayenne pepper. I I have noticed my hair thickening and I have bald patches too🙁. I am hoping that this routine will help fill in my bald patches due to hypo thyroid disease.
On thing that I have tried that really helps to halt the shedding is using a shower head filter when I shampoo and rinse my hair. I have noticed a lot less shedding. Yeah! I lived in DALLAS. The water is so hard that lime crystals develop over time isn the shower head and I had to soak it with apple cider vinegar to dissolve the crystal build up. Hope this helps you and some of your subscribers! Love you & wishing you the best with your new baby!

Had me wanting to go thru all sort of tests. I found from my doctor low iron, being anemic can caused hair shredding. Light bulb. Makes a lot of sense because I was diagnosed with low iron few years ago. I would agree hormonal imbalance may also be the issue as well as low iron

I also use rice water as a leave in, but I have to admit that the real game changer has been the diy henna spritz hair absolutely loves it. I had been reluctant to try henna however after using it to color my hair I decided it's ok if I end up with a reddish tint to my hair. Thank you Curly Proverbz for this video and all your amazing videos! I haven't commented for a while on your videos. But I just wanted to share my progress since using my first Henna gloss. I love it! It has truly changed my hair for the better. I added Amla and some hair growth oiI. I will think more on using the onion oil as I am so happy with what I am already doing. But I know every bit helps.

Hello you! Thanks so much for all your help. I'm really grateful. I have a question if I may...
I've just made a gloss and a tea so can I use them both in the same week? Gloss was made on Saturday and it's so so good!
Thank you in advance for your reply.

This video was very informative & helpful! I might need that green tea rinse for my mother that needs her edges to grow back, and does it contain caffeine. I need to get some herbs for my hair. I stopped using sulfate shampoos back in spring 2011, and my hair has been thriving ever since.

Yes mine came out from braids being too tight but now I still wear braids but I don’t allow them to braids my edges so they are growing in nicely black castor oil and peppermint oil. I use sulfur in all my oils and my hair is really growing.

Do a 1x per week onion powder, garlic powder, and curry powder with Amla oil Prepoo and your henna rose glosses as dc. I used to use black tea henna sprays but switched to coffeee henna sprays and rinses. Also use your tips from the hair challenge such as the henna super growth oil and massages. Hair is growing but these tips to thicken hair are great and very needed as my hair is on the thin side. Currently at mid-back length due to CB videos 😊 thanks 🙏

hi dear, how are you doing. first of all greetings from Nigeria, your videos and personality are awesome. I see that you use henna a lot and I intend to incorporate it into my regimen. however i ve read that henna colors the hair orange or red etc. please how do I use it for a long term without getting my hair color changed. I've fine strands and I'm on a journey to thicken my hair.
also how often can I apply a henna infused oil without it affecting my hair color. thanks a lot in advance and pardon me if this question has been answers before now. God bless You.

Michelle Jones try one of these tips at a time but as you are on meds double check that the use of MSM and ashwaghanda is ok with your physician. Onion juice maybe the best place to start or the tea

Hey Curly! Love your Videos so much,,, I've Ben using your DIYs and they already made a hell of difference, it only just takes patience!! 👐
I hear the Tea rinse can be very drying. I am currently dealing with a very dry and itchy scalp already (and shedding) , is there any other rinse I could use to "thicken" and strengthen the follicles hair which isn't drying but moisterizing?
    Thank you queen!! 🌷💜🙏
