I think this machine is great if you are looking at getting into resistance bands workouts because of its convenience. Easy to increase the weight/resistance level so there is no need to figure out how to add more bands like you would just using bands, no need to figure out how to position the bands in order to do a workout, saves space, allows you to do various types of workouts especially with the added bench, and ease of operation. I think this is a great alternative to any of those expensive and large Bowflex machines. Thanks for the in depth review!!!!
I just found your channel yesterday, subscribed, and have been watching several of your videos, as I’m thinking of getting some sort of “smart gym”. You didn’t mention in your video that they also have an app for the iPhone/Android, and one of the things I like to do with any bit of hardware that I’m thinking of buying which has an app is to pull up the app in the app store to see what the reviews are like and how frequently (and recent) they’ve updated it. Well, this one has awful (but also not many) reviews on the Apple App Store, and the last time they updated the iPhone version was 6 months ago (which isn’t terrible, but not great, either).
I am 💯 with people that get paid to sponsor a product. but the price of this platform is ridiculous {$2,000}. it's not about the platform it's about the effort you put into your exercise program.
Well of course but nobody is saying you need this to get in-shape. They are saying if you want convenience of something that doesn’t take up a lot of space, you don’t want a lot of weights in your home or equipment, and if you have the money, this might be for you.

Can u start the resistence at your strongest point? Example when doing bench press can u start the resistence after u extend your arms with the handles somehow or is that button for the bar your only option?

Yes you can, with the button you can start it at any point

It would be great seein you do exercised on the machine. Ex. Bench press, lunges, belt squat, triceps; to get a good feel of the value of the machine?

Well yes, but all you really did was some bicep curls and a squat
@av_cali4958 tricep extensions, shoulder press, lunges, side lat raises. I probably did the most exercises in this review than any other one. 😂
