This machine exceeded all my expectations. I barely use my free weights anymore since I brought this baby home. Definitely feels heavier than the free weights.
So the bench is good because it fully fits on the platform which is nice but it is a small bench so there are some pros or cons. Up to you but I think it’s worth it to get the bench they have for it
You should take a look at the Synapse CCR. It's a unique eccentric overload portable workout kit. It does concentric and isometric too, but eccentric overload is really where it shines. You can do a workout where you need 5 days to recover after just a few reps! It has a learning curve with regards to body position, to get the full range of motion, due to the longer control strap of the 4-1 pulley system. But once you get used to that, there is nothing quite like it.
I ordered this gym 3 weeks ago. No shipment. Their website still says delivery in 3-7 days. No response from company. Really worried about after purchase support.
I am also 6’4” and have a wide frame. When you do bench press are the bottom attachments wide enough apart when they attach to the bar? Or are you kind of forced to do a closer grip? Also good job on the review. It’s obvious you put a lot of work into it and it paid off.
I am considering switching my Functional Trainer, out with this, mostly due to the space it takes and convinience.. but I do wonder how much it costs you on the electric bill and also, obviously it won't work if there would be a power outage and such things.. which might or might not, be rare.. but It's still something I tihnk about and that would do so you couldn't workout. Btw. if you could and if it's possible for you... I would love to see a comparison between the new Powerblock Pro 100 and the older Pro Exp (90 lbs) and/or Nuobells. Specifically, the physical size, side by side, standing, top view etc. Look at the dimensions there isn't much difference per say.. but, you know.. that just doesn't always tell you how that difference would look and feel in use.
Electrical components fail which is a downside. After purchase support will be important. I like this product, but wouldn’t fully ditch my other equipment.
I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my electricity bill, yeah you wouldn’t be able to use it during an outage but idk how often that is for you? Also I really want to review all the adjustable dumbbells out right now so I’ll be doing that shortly once I get some funds👌
Thanks for reviewing this! Been thinking about getting one. Would you say the the benefits that it provides outweigh not being able to do overhead movements like lat pull downs?
There is something I want to know: When I make a template by my self and I do the Workout and get more reps done, will the machine adapt the weight with the next set or next Workout. And in my template: can i change to exentric mode?
I don’t think so, once your into a template I’m not sure if there is a way to change the weight mode yet, they will probably come out with an update soon for this!
I went for the larger screen and I would say it's not worth it. I didn't realize it wouldn't rotate but more importantly the place where you slide attachments is between the pillar and the screen. When screen is larger there is just less space there and it's harder to move up and down. So I would say stay with a smaller screen, you are not going to watch movies on it anyway.
Does this replace a gym completely? so things like sled pushing, etc? i new to lifting and right now i go to the gym with a personal trainer. my goal is to train at home but i live in an apartment. great review.
I'm asking everyone I can find online with one of these. Is the Speediance Monster Gym stable enough with the foot platform folded that it can't be tipped over by a small child?
yes, it is pretty heavy (nearly 185 lbs or so and bottom heavy), and if you want to be extra sure, you could wrap a bungee cord around it so you don't have to worry about the foot platform being released (I don't think that is a real risk, but it's just a piece of mind thing if you have a little one around).
not worth it. You get inspire body lift bl1 for $1200 or so USD, maybe add a few pairs of adjustable dumbbells with cheap weightplates to save time on flyes for shoulders and back plus squats and extra weight to put on your body lift to max out resistance on it which is around 200 kg/440 lbs depending on how much you weigh, and you have a complete home gym for around $1500 USD, and thats the cost of everything bought brand new. But this is only if you are 6.2" (188 cm) which is my height or shorter, if you are longer you need to go and test this machine to see if you can use the pulldown or back leg curl etc properly. Also it takes up little room. For warmups, jumping rope is cheap, or you might wanna get a cheap rowing machine and an additional bench to sit on and do some dumbbell excersizes for variation, plus a situp bench. You might wanna add a boxing bag too if youre into that, and your home gym is complete.
Sounds like you pay for the convenience of all-in-one and limited footprint. I’m very tempted, I have a small house in the UK and the idea of having all the kit you’ve listed is totally unfeasible for my circumstances
@@MightyChard i pay for safe training in my own comfortable home where i can work out when i want. it doesnt take alot of space and if you have a house you could do with just the inspire bodylift bl1 and a jumping rope, you dont really need more and it would take about the space of a bed or a large chair if you put it in a corner somewhere. if you pay to go out and lift and this is the type of training you do or prefer doing, and why not theres really no type of training more benificial than this for your health, then id go for it.

Yesss facts it does take the place of most of my free weights as well👌
Bro so close to 50k congratulations on to ur hard work
Yesss bro we gettin there🙌
Great review. Getting one. Unsure about whether to get that bench or a different one, thoughts?

@@JoeySuggs Thx man, I've ordered it and looking forward to it. Thx again for the review.

If you still haven’t seen anything, DM me your order number on insta and I’ll reach out for you too!!
Since I live in a condo, will the person below me be bothered by the noise that the platform makes?
About as loud as desk fan or a gaming pc
Joey Have A Wonderful Week!! ✨✨✨✨
Appreciate ya🙌🙌
What bar are you using to do the sit-down lat pull down? It looks like a different bar ? And if it is different how did you attach it? Thank you.
Yeah it’s from another machine👌
I am also 6’4” and have a wide frame. When you do bench press are the bottom attachments wide enough apart when they attach to the bar? Or are you kind of forced to do a closer grip?
Also good job on the review. It’s obvious you put a lot of work into it and it paid off.
Appreciate it man!! No I think because you can put the bar attachment part far out I didn’t feel like I was having to use a close grip at all👌
Do they give you an incentive if people buy it?
Best review on this thing I've seen. Shouldn't go here but much better than GGR Review. That guy is so jaded his opinions are painful.
Appreciate it🙌 tried to keep it as real as possible!!

Domes solids options for sureeee👌

Ditto, waiting on his response.
U just gotta do it on ur knees
Sorry for the late response but Yeah for sure, you can still do just about everything it just takes a bit of creativity sometimes for the set up👌
The main problem is you cant do proper lat pulldown

How much cardio do you do compared to the time you spend lifting? And how long do you do spend doing both of them in a day?
1 hr lift 20min cardio👌
Thanks for the info. Where is the mute button for the music and can I download my
own music?
I don’t think that’s feature yet
that looks hella cool
Factssss👌
Have you found a way to do a variation of leg extensions?
I mean yeah you can do them sitting on bench but tbh it’s not really a good substitute for the real thing
Is it worth getting the larger screen version? The larger screen version does NOT articulate apparently.
I don’t move the screen much but also I think the size is good already! Probably just personal preference👌

04:01 What brand are those adjustable dumbbells on the right?
Ativafit! Here is the updated version of them amzn.to/3SeLbuW
I have a tonal and this looks very similar. Except tonal requires ppl to come install it for you. Tonal membership def not free tho 😂
Trueee and it has to go on a wall where as this can go anywhere in the room👌
Do you prefer it rather than Vitruvian ?
I haven’t tried the Vitruvius but that would compete with the Speediance gympal not so much this machine👌

how does one battery charge last from the finger-controler?
I’ve only charged it once in 3 weeks
They have been sending this device to a lot of people, apparently.
Get that bag bro. This looks really cool actually
Appreciate ya bro🙌
Could I use a regular bench with incline on it if I got just the flat bench?
Thanks bro. Sounds like is awkward position everytime you workout
Yeah definitely slows down the workout until you figure it out!
JOEYYY!
Yooo🙌
they gave me equipment but it doesn't affect my review get out here pretty much a commercial
I strongly disagree with your statement.
Any one place an order recently? how Long does shipping take? placed an order and waiting to hear from them!
Garage gym tour?
Working on it👌
It really is an amazing product I have one and it’s amazing! And if it comes with a Joey even better! 😉♥️♥️🔥👌🏽 lol
Lmao I’m sold separately😅
@@JoeySuggs I don’t mind at all! Lol ❤️🔥🔥

Can't do overhead standing up. Pass
220 pounds is just too low sadly. Everything else sounds really good though. Maybe they"ll Upgrade some day
Honestly feels like more than 220 but I know what you mean👌
Sponsored videos never have a impact on the equipment...😂
Great
Great review! Thank you for the great video as always..👏😁🙏🏋️♀️
Appreciate the support always🙌🙌
Aren’t they all personal? Lol 😆
SUGG A SAURUS REX!!!
Yoooo🫡
@JoeySuggs Yooo!!!!! ahhaha your so cool. you need to make a shirt sugg daddy
You didn’t pay for this as such this review is trash 😂
These things are so gimmicky Joey. You know the weight feels nothing like real iron. But good for you, for getting free products.
Like iron no but definitely is very comparable to a cable machine
Gimmicky? Do you own one? Have you used one? If not, then stay in your lane and move on.
I have used it for tricep push downs and it feels just like a cable machine none the less I agree its gimmicky
but i love cables machines lol... real iron? lol what are we cave men?@@trevorgoodman3027
