As a civilian, everyone I know thinks I'm crazy for spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to set up bags like this in each of my vehicles. As well as at home, and also one dedicated for at work. Can't even get them to gather round for more than 2 minutes to allow me to show them how to use certain items for future reference....
I think THEY are crazy, for counting on someone else to show up in time to save them.
Prepare yourselves guys.
I've had to break into trauma bags on 4 different occasions for car accidents and workplace accidents, 2 of which for sure saved lives, and certainly limbs.
Far more likely to need medical, than to need a gun. And if you need a gun, you'll need medical regardless.
May seem expensive, but when the time comes you would pay everything you own for the ability to save the life of a loved one. Or even a stranger who is begging for help.
Medical capabilities are priceless in an emergency. Please prepare, and get training. The life you save may be your own. Or your mother's. Or your daughters. Or a young child you dont even know.
There is no worse feeling than helplessness. Be proactive and prepare.
How much is the bag only I was looking for this back pack for years.
Is there a small lightweight sked like what retrieval medics use for these response bags rather than a litter that requires more than one to carry patient?
