Apparently, there's no musical score, and the whole thing is from the killer's perspective. Reviewers say the kills are really gory, like old-school grindhouse. In other words - I must watch!
This will be the 3rd Shudder original movie I've seen in the theater this year after watching Slow motion and Late Night with the Devil Shudder is on a roll and they can keep getting my money as long they keep making Great movies 😃👍🎥🍿

@bill-xm7dz I'm just pointing out that the premise of the movie would happen differently in different places, based on their self-defense laws. Regulations of which Justin Trudeau has skewed heavily in the favor of the bad guy.
Was excited to see this film given the hype surrounding it and was extremely disappointed. I'm wondering why this movie is even hyped up in the first place. This is literally just a derivative Jason Voorhees movie with a pretentious indie arthouse style. Literally 90% of the fucking movie is just seeing the killer walk slowly through the goddamn woods. The victim characters were so stupidly written and even the backstory of the killer is so poorly fleshed out it almost feels like this movie was written by middle school kids who watched way too many Friday the 13th movies. Literally the only good parts of the film were when we actually got to see the kills and they weren't even enough to save this movie from being terrible. The concept may be original, but the execution was horrendous. Films like this prove that just because it's "different" doesn't mean it's good.

Which is why I avoid nature.
Why ?
Defiantly not "Jason"
Wtf happen to Jason
Shouldn’t it be “of a violent nature?”
Right?? Wtf...
Implausible outcome in America. Maybe in Canada, it might happen like that.
Why you say that?

I think the movie is a love letter for the slasher genre, and I LOVE IT
