IMPORTANT CAUTION
Respected Doctor,
We understand your genuine care and concern for your patients.
But here are some recommendations to make your exercises safer for general population.
Breath holding can be very dangerous for people with High blood pressure, asthma, cardiac conditions, so on a public platform it could get unsafe. Kindly be cautious with it, best avoid.
Mouth breathing has many side effects which would counter balance it's uses.
So breathing in from the mouth should be changed to nostril breathing which is far more safer.
While doing a deep inhalation, trunk movement and use of accessory muscles should be avoided, else it can appear as if you are deep breathing, but actually you are just extending the spine, without any increase in lung expansion.

In yogasanas we are told certain people should not try to do certain postures. In the same way, such exercises also must have some cautioning messages for the greater benefit of the people. Aaj 15th day ho raha hai.aaj moring ko oxygen check kia to 95 se 84 aagaya.14th day tak bilkul oxygen 97,98,99. tha . aaj oxygen kum aane ke bad apka breathing hold 35 sec tak kia aur 6 min walk karke oxygen check kia to 96,97,98 increasing order me aaya.fir bhi dar lag raha ha I.suggest me sir.

I was able to hold my breath for 25 seconds before few breathing exercises. And immediately after my breathing exercises I was able to hold my breath for 45 seconds. Breathing exercises definitely improve your lung activity.

Recovered from Covid: (male 59 years, chennai) I can retain for 75 seconds just now, after seeing this video (honest, god promise, no jokes). Actually, i was practicing this from school days: it is a sort of hyper ventilation: was inspired by Nikola Tesla. With continuous practice, i think i can get it up to 90 seconds.
