Thank you for this lovely, EASY recipe for Madeleines! After watching you fearlessly folding ingredients, I made this recipe after dinner, and baked it in the morning for breakfast like you did. It was really good. It was so good, in fact, that I made it all over again right after breakfast! This time I added a touch of cinnamon to see if I like that addition. They're chilling in the fridge right now, and I'll bake them up later. I'm so glad I found you, Cupcake Jemma and Sally!

I’ve just this minutes made these. They are delicious. I don’t have a madeleine tray but I do have a shallow cupcake tin which I used and they came out perfect. I will be buying the proper tray (under £10 on Amazon FYI 🤪 ) because I think these will be made often. Sally, i can’t stress enough, I think you guys are doing a fantastic job. I whipped up a batch, this afternoon, (I went with Orange, instead of Lemon) and that delicious looking and smelling Batter, is in my ‘ Fridge chilling now. When my Madeleine Pans arrive, I will be baking them, to have with my Morning Tea... Just a little update... These Madeleines are OMG so delicious! I baked a quick six of them, as soon as I received my Pan.... I dusted them with Powdered Sugar, and...ate them all, LoL!

Just found that the recipe I am using comes with 100g flour and 100g butter. I have tried using brown butter to replace melted butter and found the taste even nicer. :)

I’ve just finished the batter and it’s resting in the fridge overnight. I made double the batter and added a little adjustment by subbing 30g of flour (15g if recipe not doubled) with ground almond flour to see if that changes the texture or adds that slight nutty almond flavor. Noticed a lot of the korean madeleine recipes had almond flour and I had it in my cupboard so why not? Either way I’m excited!! Thank you ☺️ and
