I have moments of having completely let go and I feel great, then certain triggers bring me back down. Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint why. At times (i tell myself the story that it’s hard to get back up when I know from you that it can be instant) I’m working on getting to a place where I can bounce back faster. Thank you Aaron

The less you care and detach yourself from the outcome the less you will be affected when things do not play out. This makes it easier to stay positive and continue putting actions that propel you forward.

I love seeing useful information like this. I remember years ago when I was still on Facebook there was always someone, usually a woman for some reason, that would say vibrate higher constantly for an answer to everything but would not say anything else. I felt it was the most unhelpful thing you can tell someone. Telling someone to vibrate higher is not going to make it happen.

For you and those of us who have dealt with that kind of trauma and deep fucked up childhood programming, we NEED that repetitive reinforcement. I just wanted to say the same things.
      Yes, Aaron, repeat those stories!
‘Cause hearing them again and again, it helps many of us in our healing process.
And we do learn through REPETITION.
For example, how many times we read the same book that we like, and each time we learn something NEW.
Each time we read it again, we discover something NEW in the same book that, we might have read it 5 times before.
So, be you! And act as you feel!
You feel to repeat something, than DO so!
‘Cause at the end, it WILL HELP ONE OF US, in our healing process.
      Nothing is a coincidence!!!

A great sentiment and way of expressing encouragement for the realistic challenges of life. However most platitudes such as even in this colloquial approach doesn't take into account the advantage that people have to harass an individual utilizing the surveillance state and basic personal tech. When one group has all the tech and is extensively networked and has no rules, it is hard to NGAF.

If anyone has issues of RUclipsrs being repetitive remember it’s always someone’s first time watching A video & bringing up what One segment of the audience feels is repetitive is life-changing for someone else also I see it all the time and different types of television Broadcasting especially sports The reason there’s instant replays and recaps Of A for our game because the audience will dip in and out or it’s someone’s first time watching A Sporting event & The reason the announcer is explaining the rules because again it’s someone’s first time watching it might quickly alienate the hard-core audience but they should understand at one point they were beginners too & thank you Aaron your videos always has A Way of resonating and helping out my day

I can’t not give a fuck man. I have so much passion in me and I put so much into the things that I do, I don’t have it in me not to care. I try not to care and I can tell myself I don’t care, but deep down I really care a lot. I know I shouldn’t care that much, I know it hurts more than it helps, because I do become way too attached to things. But I don’t know how to change that. I feel like it’s something I don’t have control over. It’s like your interests. I can’t stop myself from enjoying a certain type of movie. If I enjoy it I enjoy it. If I care I care.

I really kind of don't give a f*ck anyway but the breakdown is helpful. It's clear in every litmus test letting go and not giving a crap is a more attractive energy. It's clear that we broadcast everything to the world about us and the world can't help but respond in accordance. The universe provides everything and all possibilities already exist but if we "want" or "need" we are telling the universe it doesn't exist and we push it away and make it harder to attain so the idea is to make your desire (without want or need) more real in your mind than your current physical reality and feel the emotions as if it's happening...the brain will believe it's real because you're feeling it and releasing the hormones of it and will help you create it as part of the brain's survival mechanism and synchronicities will line up, people will do favors for us etc.

I did not graduate from university so this was a big deal for me. I wanted her to feel proud of my achievement. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I am listening to this one on loop. I don't know, I have read so many books, but the way you explain it, is so well and precise. I listen to your audios all day, it's so positive. And your guided meditations have helped me too. Thanks a lot 🙏

Aaron I love your videos. I have been listening to you for 6 months. When you repeat a message I view it that, I on some level need to hear it again. As a physician I have a very demanding and stressful life. I find your messages to be uplifting, relevant, and helpful in a crazy world. Anyone who criticizes on a social media platform is expressing cowardly and bullying behavior. You’re a gift Aaron. Thank you.

You are great at making these videos and I need to hear this stuff over and over.
To answer your question, I want to stop trying to trying to find a compromise and then over-compromising myself. If things aren't harmonious, I'm going to give less of a f*** and accept that the person doesn't want to find a solution as much as I do. So now I'm not that bothered. I used to be scared of not being liked so I compromised. But now I'll sit it out. A video on this sort of thing, resolving differences etc, would be great. Thanks. All love xxx

Hi Aaron, usually people don’t realize what you’re saying until they are old. I had the same experience when I was in my 30s I went to beauty school and started my own business. And I was picky about my clients. I guess I had the same attitude where I didn’t care what people thought I was passionate about what I did and was good at it and that’s all I cared about.
