GIRL!!! i’ve been sublimating for years and this is stinking brilliant. Who knew. Jennifer Maker knew… or at least Jennifer Maker found out and now we ALL know. So I am extending a challenge to you. I’ve really gotten into decoupage in glass lately and I found a cute place on eBay where I can order napkins. But wouldn’t it be super swell if you, Jennifer Maker could find a way to sublimate onto tissue paper. Tissue paper Decoupages well. Hmmm. Do tell!
This message is for Santa in the event he is surfing the Jennifer Maker RUclips channel, "Pplease bring me a sublimation printer! I have been oh so good this year."
Love your videos! 😍 I know you have another video on comparing different sublimation printers, but would you consider showing very closeup shots of the quality of the prints from each printer? I would love to see how each printer produces small font size or small print (around 8pt). I’ve loved all my Epson printers, but I’m worried about the quality of small print on the Epson F170. Thanks in advance!

I was wondering if I already sublimated on a white T- and one of the letters did not come out vibrant can I use a sublimation marker and go over it ? Thanks for your time
Jennifer I noticed you were using the easy press instead of the auto press… I can’t use an easy press so was wondering if we can do this with an auto type press
I love all your Videos and they have help soo much thank you! I am very new and cant find how to make sublimation car decals/stickers using Koala Printable Vinyl Glossy, can this be done? do i need other materials? I have the printer, ink for sublimation, Sublimation Paper and a heat press. Do i need thermal laminate or can i use self adhesive laminate? any help is appreciated thank you
We designed and made them on our 3D printer. We plan to share the print files on our blog for anyone else who wants them. There are two styles -- the one on the left uses PVC pipes, so it’s height adjustable to your needs. The one on the right is all 3D printed except for the table, which is a piece of wood screwed to the legs. Both meet the requirements in Cricut’s Safety Instructions for “a flat and stable surface” as the Cricuts are just sitting on stable tables.
I have a Epson 15000 and randomly the colors are no longer coming out the same when I print. I’m still printing with the same printing settings as before but for some reason my pinks and magenta or red and my blues are green mixed with gray. I tried so many things to try and fix it since Epson couldn’t do anything for me since I converted the printer to a sublimation printer. All they told me since it’s converted that can happen. So I went ahead and got a Epson F570 and it’s doing the exact same thing so clearly my printer should be still good but I just can’t figure why it’s printing the wrong colors. Any ideas or tips I can try. Thanks 😊
@@TaylorGeorge-pf7pj I also love watching her videos. She explains things nicely and seems very knowledgeable. Honestly I’m feeling pretty bummed about my printer not printing the correct colors because this has stopped me from selling and making RUclips videos. I’ve been asking different RUclipsrs around for help but nothing seems to really work. Now that I have an actual Espon sublimation printer I’m going to give them a call tomorrow see if they can help me now.
I had trouble with the print then cut try. When I mirrored either in design space or in the printer settings - it mirrored the IMAGE, but the cut guide lines were still mainly on the left side. When I turned this over to press onto the cardstock, the wider margin (that printed on the right side) was now lined up on the left side. When I put the pressed cardstock in to cut, with mirror now toggled off, it still cut off line due to the guide marks were no longer lined up on the left side as they were when the image was originally printed. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I watched your video again and it seems your guide lines also shifted to the right when it was mirrored and lined up fine after pressing.
I'm not sure I'm understanding completely without seeing it, but could it be that you have your printer mirrored and mirroring in DS as well? If you are still having trouble, please share screenshots and details with us at hello@jennifermaker.com so that we can better try and help you!
@@JenniferMaker thank you! I did it fine with your second way of doing it and cut the cardstock first then pressed! I’ll try the other way again and see what happens
Jennifer… HELP!! I have that exact printer Epson 2800. I have only had it for a few months. It’s giving me an error message saying it has a paper jam but it doesn’t. I did a clean & it fed the paper just fine but when I try to print a project it give me a “paper jam” error. I called Epson and they told me because it is modified it can throw the printer into error mode when there’s nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately because it was modified is no longer under warranty. Is there a way to fix the error? Epson customer service told me there was nothing they could do. Any hints or tricks or tips?
Yes… I tried & no luck. 😩 Thanks for responding so fast. I think I’m going to just get the F170 so I’m covered under warranty if things like this happen. ❤ would you recommend that one.
Personalized glitter! Fabulous idea. Thank you for testing things out.
Those cake toppers are so cute!
I love that little sloth. He's so cute. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer, you have thought of EVERYTHING 🤩!
FYI: Celebration Warehouse has a sublimation cardstock too. There are 2 white ones, make sure it says sublimation on it.
Such great videos so easy to follow and understand.
Happy to hear that! 😊🌻
These are delightful!
Fantastic Jennifer. Thank you for this. ❤
You are so welcome! 😊🌻
Thanks for sharing how to do this!
Hi Jennifer, love the little sloth! Can you sublimate onto other coated papers like Kromekote as well or just glitter cardstock?
You can definitely sublimate on cardstock, as long as the type of cardstock you use has a polymer coating.
@@JenniferMaker Thanks so much! Your videos are so helpful. I really appreciate all the effort you put into helping others learn!
I just started to watch your videos I love them all thank for helping me understand.

We haven't released it yet. 😊🌻

Sublimation markers need to transfer from paper to the shirt's surface so it may be a little tricky lining it up. 😊🌻
I would really 💕 love to try this
Go for it!
Great idea! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Can I do the first way with htv for white or dark colored cotton?
Here is a tutorial for that. jennifermaker.com/sublimate-dark-shirts/
thank you for this tutorial. :)
You're welcome 😊
Can you get white infusible ink for tshirts and can you use the white infusible ink on a navy blue tshirt?
No unfortunately
You could try bleaching a stencil out ❤
What is not a color. That is why there’s no such thing as white sublimation.
White
Can you do the same with infusible ink pens
Yes, you could in theory, we haven't tested it out yet. 😊🌻
Jennifer, thanks for reply. I did try it and it works!! I never thought that could be done. Thanks much

Yes, you can sublimate on gift bags and ribbon. 😊🌻

I wish I had a sublimation printer
How do I know which image to use for sublimation and or print and cut ie: PNG / SVG?…
Think of this: PNG, starts with P, P=printer, SVG, starts with S, S=scissors (as in cutting). I hope that makes sense.
Great answer! Thanks for helping! 😊🌻
The file has been corrected 😊🌻
That’s a great way for me to remember
super video
