The time Zach Morris convinced Jesse to become a stripper in Vegas.
alex chalakee What about the time he had Kelly strip at Crawls batchelor party !!!
Meat group!
alex chalakee nooooooooo
alex chalakee I was literally about to write that... good comment
alex chalakee lmfaoooo
What’s up with 90’s teen sitcoms where they use the bedroom window to visit their friends. And always unannounced
It all stemmed from Heathers.
kaitie648
That is one of the worst things ever to create tropes 😂😂😂
Was it rely heathers?
Nah, it started in the 80's with A Nightmare on Elm Street.
Lauren Christie Yeah. If someone came in my bedroom window unannounced...well, I'd probably be dead now, unfortunately, as their intent couldn't be good and I doubt I could've called the police or if I did they likely wouldn't have gotten there in time...wow, that's depressing...but now I'm grateful to be alive!
Jason Avery Yeah. But you remember the deal with that kid in Scream.
"This gives Zack a great idea." No scarier words have ever been spoken.
Exactly. You would think that after all the many things that always gone wrong after Zack uttered those words, that they would get the message.
Why remain friends with Zack? There’s no upside. Time and again, he’s betrayed his friends for cash, sex, ill-gotten passing grades, and other selfish reasons.
I think the show was trying to show a typical self-centered teenager learning some valuable lessons, but it comes off as a sociopath almost ruining his friend's lives.
Ed, Edd and Eddy did this concept way better.
The problem is, Zach never learns a lesson. Even when there are consequences for his actions (which is rare), he's right back to his usual BS by the next episode.
You’re comparing Zach to Cory Matthews?
Does that make Mr. Belding comparable to Mr. Feeney?
Watch Secret Life. It's much worse with that. LOL.
Actually, self-centered teenager learning life lessons is exactly how it comes off. Sociopaths don't have remorse for what they've done. Zack does.
Now to be fair, Zack Morris is acting like an actual real life music producer
This comment is so true, although music producers are way worse in reality.
Kolbatsu or movie producer
He even has the rolled up jacket sleeves
Kolbatsu ehh more like a manager.
A half-decent music producer would teach you how to use the drugs properly so that the breakdowns happen after money is made - not before.
the time Zack convinced his college roommate to kill a man because he heard that if one of your roommates dies, the surviving roommates get passing grades for the rest of the school year
Ive never seen saved by the bell so don't yell at me....BUUUT is that true it cant be
That was a movie called the curve or dead man's curve...
Adrian Corday, yeah I remember that plot being a movie, but don't recall it being an episode of Saved by the Bell when they were in college. 😓
gotta love Dead Man on Campus references
And he actually thought that by changing his hair color and using glasses people wouldn't recognized him as Zack Morris. Interesting...
I've always seen Jessie's "I'm so excited" moment out of context, so I didn't realize exactly how insidious the whole situation really was. Thanks for making this video.
Same, I actually first saw this scene referenced in family guy where stewie reenacts the exact scene as jessie
definitely not stanford material.
thanks for sharing this incredible moment in your life
Well she was also trying to show zack she could still perform to sing the song “ im so excited” by the Pointer sisters.
@@kaisanderson9616 Yes, she was first trying to show Zack she was able to perform the song at the Max. However, when she then told Zack she was scared and broke down, that was her way of saying she can't take it anymore and needs help.
I never realized when I was a kid how horrible Zach was.
It's kinda funny how most people absolutely detested Jessie, largely for how much she called out Zack (and Slater, when he went along with it)... And now, Zack's one of the most called out characters of that era. Then again, most people left Jessie alone after she showed the world 99% of her body, and licked poles in Showgirls.
He was almost like a mob boss!! I never knew neither.
I always knew. It was an earlier episode, where it was the first day of school. Zach and Slater decided to haze the underclassmen and sell them fake hall passes. It was a total scam. And I always loved Jessie and Slater were the best couple.
Ikr. Watching the shows back as an adult 99 percent of the stuff and stunts zach pulled like using his friends for slave labor making friendship bracelets, taking secret pictures of the girls then making a calendar from those raunchy photos u benownst to them, convincing everyone slater was dying so he'd move, driving and crashing Lisa's moms car while drunk with everyone in the car...I could go on but it'd be a freaking novel sized post. In short zach was practically a sociopath.
akiameko1984 Actually, if you watched the movie on VHS, when she beats the shit out of the singer who raped and assaulted her friend, you can see she isn't wearing panties when she swing kicks him and... it goes from 99 to a full 100%.
I'm glad you included Jesse's most iconic line from this episode.
@@CassiCalamity the line "i'm so excited,i'm so excited i'm so.......(crying) scared"
Probably one of the more (unintentionally ) funnier moments of the series. Supposedly if was originally it was speed Jesse was going to be taking but the NBC big wigs thought that would be a bit much for a teens show.
most iconic line from the series.
That line is why I'm here
The "I'm so excited, I'm so excited" sounds like taken directly from Rebecca Black's "Friday."
Never stop making these lol
djskype020202 for real keep them coming
I totally agree with your comment ... i walk around singing zack morris is ttrraassshh all the time.
Please do sir
His breakdowns of zack morris and his toxic behavior is truly the works of a professional analyst
😂😂
Everyone laughs at Elizabeth Berkley's performance here but, I think she did a great job for the experience that she had. I really felt the character's pain and frustration.
Over caffeine pills? :
I love Slater!! He was far superior to Zack and actually gave a damn about his friend’s well being.
The funny thing is that any episode works here for the Zack Morris is trash videos lol
the funny thing is is that that's the point of this series.
That's what I was just thinking! This series could begin with the first episode, and go through until the last.
william legard Except for that one episode when Kelly cheated on Zack and dumped him for Jeff, the college guy. In the following episode, flaunted him around hil and the rest of the gang after only a couple days, like it wasn't a big deal! So for that short window, Kelly Kapowski Was Trash.
The funny thing with this video is that it's 4:20 minutes long...😂
Pretty much
The life lessons Saved by the Bell provided me is absolute trash. Something you always pick up on in adulthood. Just like revenge of the nerds.
Kiki T the actual morals aren't too bad. It's all mostly "no shit" stuff. The problem is they took Melvin and Jenkins from mad magazine and spliced them into a single character named
*Zack Morris is traaash*
The problem is that he's always the hero in the end even when all of the stuff that goes wrong is always his fault. He's the protagonist and antagonist rolled into one greasy ball of hair gel.
The morals in "Revenge of the nerds"? Are you a fan of 'Pop culture detective' too?
Mamamew TheRani What is wrong with Pop Culture Detective? I think that dude's content's great.
Kiki T degrassi the next generations first 10 seasons gave me great life lessons. Cause they didn't sensor anything, eating disorders, school shooting, teen pregnancy, mental health disorders, cancer, drugs, alcoholism school rivalries that ended with a death by stabbing, rape, self harm, this show had it all!! I let 7of my nieces and nephews the ones who are between the ages of 11 and 17 watch Degrassi, and they come to me if they have any questions after an episode.
In real life, the revenge the nerds did in "Revenge of the Nerds" would put them in prison. I'm not joking. They would also be put on the sex offender registry after.
To be honest, the episode was so heartbreaking. Watching Jessie (honestly my least favourite character) have a complete breakdown because of too many things was hard to watch. What's worse is that Fresh Prince had the same theme and it had a even worse and tragic turn. I couldn't even focus on how awful Zach was because I was so scared throughout the entire episode for Jessie. This was also the first episode of Saved by the Bell I ever saw.
But, the ending is very touching. Zack was the one who helped Jessie see she had a problem.
I wanna see Mark-Paul Gosselear's reaction to these
I wanna see your mother's reaction.
@Hi My Name Is Sarah I Know Right! 😂
Probably cracks up at it. He knows that Zack was a POS as was the show.
Zach is basically Dennis from Always sunny in Philadelphia.
Except it's always Sunny makes sure we know they're terrible people
Ethan Vallotton I always knew. Never thought it was a secret?
It’s....the implication.
and Dennis is funny
They would be a good spinoff. Dennis Reynolds is Trash.
I'm starting to think.. idunno, man.. I'm starting to think.. Zach Morris.. he might be trash.
Joe Human this channel is certainly compiling some solid evidence to support this theory. I love it
this ons id say he was mainly trash when he wouldnt listen to slater. before that he didnt know she was addicted but not listening to slater and not caring about her breakdown is definitely trash
Feel free to check out the youtube video, daniel is the real bully in the karate kid
Plus the youtube video titled, the untold story of the karate kid
It's not really a realization until you realize that Dashiell Driscoll was the one who was trash the whole time.
Jessie Spanos in a leotard. This is probably what got Elizabeth Berkeley the role in Showgirls.
Caffeine pills because you can't say Speed Saturday mornings on NBC
Two different things. Speed is amphetamine, not caffeine. Both are dangerous in excess.
You should do the one where Zack almost got his professor fired when he pretended to be him in order to date a fellow student.
YES!!! This would be a VERY FITTING story right now.
Even to have Zack get busted, and Slater kick his ass.
that was in the college years one yeah?
That professor actually went on to start dating another student, so it was an amazingly accurate impression!
This whole time I thought Jessie was hooked on some really hard prescription shit and it was just caffeine pills?
Originally the writers had Jessie addicted to speed, but NBC suggested caffeine pills because they didn't want drugs on a Saturday morning show
@@davidsalazar3840 You can't say "steroids" on Friday nights on NBC either.
This actually happened to my friend at uni, she had a small breakdown in a lecture. Her lecturer told her to go home and sleep.
@@davidsalazar3840 Well that's stupid, caffeine pills are drugs, *dangerous drugs* at that.
They passed the speed idea over to the Fresh Prince.
Caffeine pills is 90's Saturday morning teen sitcoms code word for Adderall.
It’s honestly amazing how Zack’s friends still hang around him after the things he does in pretty much every episode.
So this explains Showgirls. I always wondered . . .
Panda Monium
Look up The Rerun Show Saved By The Bell.
zαck mσrríѕ íѕ trααααααααααααѕѕѕh
This fucking guy... good one
30 Years ago this episode of "Jessie's Song" it's gonna be in the worst way for Jessie Spano.💊☕😈😢
In reality, Elizabeth Berkeley had used Showgirls as a way to break away from her role as Jessie Spano. Similarly to how Miley Cyrus used Bangerz to break away from her role as Miley Stewart on Hannah Montana.
I hope you're gonna do every episode and then go on to "The College Years" lol
college years never happened
Bl4ckSt4r_4490 right? Especially since Zack was literally a shit human in every single episode of this series.
Kate Trimue but it's ok that he's a piece of shit, right? Because he's Zack fuckin Morris. He may be hard to love but dammit he's even harder to hate 😌
Bl4ckSt4r_4490 😂😂 I certainly loved him back in the day.
I was hoping the same thing. I know 'The College Years' were bad, but I actually enjoyed that series.
“It’s mostly butts.” This made me laugh a lot more than it should have.
And also they're mostly Asses!!!!!
these are so funny to me and will never not be funny to me because some guy hated zack morris enough that they had to paraphrase and go over every single episode where zack did something wrong like. that’s the kind of dedication that gets revolutions started
Jessie then moved to Las Vegas to pursue her dancing career and changed her name to Nomi Malone... We all know how that turned out. Thanks Zack!
I haven't actually seen that movie, one of these days I'll have to watch it to see how it all turned out.
later in life when her dancing failed she became a titus family member named shannon as christopher's sister
Everybody got AIDS and shit. All thanks to Zack. Zack Morris is trash.
@@qwertasdcfghjklmo24z Correction: Thanks to Zack that didn't happen. You are literally unhappy because someone didn't die of AIDS. Sean Furlong is trash.
I fucking like this
“I’M SO EXCITED! I’m so excited! I’m so..... scared.....”
I laughed my balls off when a I saw this decades ago, LMAO! 😂 😆
I almost had a second coffee this morning, but then realized I didn't wanna become a drug addict like Jessie. Close call, could have ruined my life.
Saved by....The Bell!! 🤣
....I'll see myself out...
Screaming 😂😂😂
I fucking LOVE this series. Please keep an coming.
opi_is _me it is fucking grand
I'm glad that caffine in this world doesn't react like meth like in saved by the Bell.
Dylan Echols Ever snort a line of caffeine?
They actually wanted to have Jesse be addicted to speed (aka 90's meth) but NBC thought that was a bit too far and writers made it caffeine pills.
Kristen Custer Fresh Prince did a similar episode but Carlton was actually on Speed
Alex in family ties got addicted to speed pills.
FAMILY TIES and FRESH PRINCE were both prime time shows (after 8pm) aimed at an older audience. SBTB was for tweens and aired on Saturday mornings. Big difference.
What if she was staying away from Freddy Kruger
“Caffeine Pills”...okay.
This series has given me a newfound respect for Slater
Noted: You support controlling the lives of women.
A video on the dangers of drug abuse. Video is 4.20. Coincidence? I think not
suspekt29 holy shit, keen eye. I totally missed that.
ComaAlpha :)
suspekt29 Marijuana's not a real drug anyway.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 i just posted that 🤣🤣🤣
I feel sorry for those people where their leaders won't legalize it...
I'm now blaming Zack Morris for Showgirls.
I always get confused when people are like “her acting was so bad here” but really it wasn’t. She was super high and addicted so realistically she probably would’ve acted just like she did irl.
"caffeine pills"
Gonzalo speed baby :)
Adderall, or maybe like those ephedrine pills
They admitted that it was originally speed but the network thought it was too taboo
Gonzalo Toro "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" had a similar episode, but they actually said it was speed, not caffeine pills.
Ephedrine was every gas station otc at the time.
I love just saying Zach Morris is trash
Subri Subrika you’re not supposed to say it you’re supposed to sing it lol
William Phelps I always do ;)
Subri Subrika h
Zack Morris smokes crack.
@@pmvaldez1 I sang that too.
Zack always sits next to a nerd and cheat. That explains his high SAT score, and why he then winds up going to the same college after being accepted to Yale. (He probably got found out.)
This point is stupid he the highest SAT score so he couldn't have cheated or there would have been 2 people with 1500 SAT scores
@@smdownh9 shut up
@@princessmariah5002 you shut up
"The music producers unsurprisingly like the butts" 😂😂
Zack would fit in perfectly with the gang over at It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Jon Kohan Very true but Dennis would never let a woman obsessed man into The group to steal his chicks.
No Zack should work for Trump
Sadly,it's trash like Zack Morris that always ends up successful in business, politics and entertainment.
Time to call waste management.
I believe that was Tony Soprano's job.
He DEFINITELY knew how to take out trash.
Welcome to the club pal.
Tony Soprano WASNT trash! Sociopath, sure. But so damn badass
I've said this before and people got mad but people seem to think that the nerds are the ones who turn out the most successful but it's people like Zach who do because they can talk and con there way in and out of things
The guy ended up marrying the hot high school cheerleader. He won in the end.
This is what Mitch McConnell does behind the scenes. (The Republican Majority Leader)
Ok so having never seen saved by the hell and only having very little knowledge of its actual existence (not american), I definitely thought that there was a show called zack morris is trash and this was just doing a recap
I'm glad to see I'm not to only one who thought that lol. I was so sure this was an actual show until I found out the real name of it.
LOLZ too funny. I was raised on saved by the bell. Loved the theme song so much!
Lol Zack is truly a legend..they all are. A must binge...tv isn't like this anymore.
oh thank god you cleared this up
🤣🤣 this is just too precious! We take for granted growing up watching this, so y'alls confusion is charmingly innocent, and too damn cute, gave me a good chuckle, too!
I legit got a coffee commercial before ths video.
The true question must be " Who was writing this shit?!!"
my question too, some sociopath that put their deranged thoughts down on paper for a 90's TV show script ...it all worked out and launched carriers to the depths of Hollywood hell
Jessie never made it to Stanford. She ended up becoming a stripper in Las Vegas, and then she was never heard from again...
Michael Cook She probably killed herself.
Definitely, not a Stanford material. LOL
She was stripping to put herself through school
@@jodymicheallee Stanford aint cheap
@@jodymicheallee In Vegas???
I'm suprised people haven't done film theories about Zack potentially being a sociopath in the shows universe. I mean he's cunning, manipulative, silver tongued and arguably uses people only to his benefit, some could say that he is truly toying with those around him as he plots against them. 🤔
Wesley Beaty I have often had thoughts of "off the wall" topics like this for academic papers for college but at 39 I am done with school.
rocketdude1979 If writing about stuff like that fascinates you, pursue it if you are truly passionate about it. You don't have to go to college to write academic papers or essays. I can give you free sources to help you with the process if you want?
You gotta remember the actual show...Zack is constantly breaking the 4th wall to give us asides. We, the viewer, are completely entrenched with Zach and his motives. He seems to us more amiable.
I've seen some done, as pure comedy rather than serious film theory of course. Using the "and * was never seen or heard from again" to suggest Zack killed them. While others suggest that Belding was the serial killer.
Note that Slater didn't physically assault Jessie for taking drugs that worried him, unlike Zack, who violently slaps the drugs out of her hand. Also, Slater was gentle with his words, while Zack calls her names and yells at her.
Slater should've been the main character.
Never realized how often Zack tried to get rich off of his friends. Do remember lots of sneaking into the girls' locker room.
I feel like there should be a parallel series about Slater being the most amazing guy ever. His kindness and humanity are positively dreamy.
“Definitely not Stanford material” 😂
Fun fact: the set of bayside high would later be used in icarly and thats so raven(which ironically also has a school named bayside high that the main charecters went)
That and most of the shows take place in California, which that’s the most generic idea for a based location
If Elizabeth Berkeley is remembered for anything, it's this episode.
Darkb4light 06 and showgirls
And Any Given Sunday
Her acting was actually really good in that episode. I remember how the breakdown scene really shook me. Never got tempted to do drugs or even drink coffee after that.
she plays that dropout high school, she kill her foster parents and crack headed and also showgirl Nomi Malone
Or she didn't call the real Blondes!
Good points, although you kinda gave Screech a pass on creepy behavior.
Matt Johnston. Screech was merely a pawn. Zack's evil power was just too strong to overcome.
IRL though, Dustin Diamond is trash.
Screech is similar to that character Steve urkel within the episodes of the show, family matters
The gr8 trans4mable bumble bee I loved Urkel....
The entire Winslow family were assholes to him.
Matt Johnston Screech wasn't doing it to be creepy
Zack was really my most hated character on TV. Fans love him, but he really is a manipulator, and puts his ambitions and goals before anyone. He will even risk his friends well-being for his own needs.
He's the evil version of Ferris Bueller
Mario Martinez for real! Except it all works out for Ferris.
@@Cerebro515 true dat
*this episode reminds me of this movie called Showgirls*
Please keep these coming, thank you.
This guy's delivery is absolute gold
I love this. it makes watching the reruns that much darker.
Agreed. I always hated this show, but this series makes watching it tolerable.
Fun fact :In November 2016, Peter Engel said that the original script called for Jessie to become addicted to amphetamines (speed). NBC said they would not allow it on the air unless any references to hard drugs were eliminated. Aside from replacing speed with caffeine pills, the script made no changes to Jessie's behavior or reactions to it.
Yea really ruins the message when the drug is caffeine. I mean it CAN be dangerous and hell easily is in pill form but really? Getting addicted to it so heavily?
I mean it made me stay away from Stacker 3 pills
I am glad that you included the memorable line from Jessie towards the end of this episode. It really made an impact.
God i love these! Dont stop making them
Morris may be trash, but his taste in women is spot on. Kelly is so hot
I just now realized the 'Zach Morris is trash' riff is the same melody as the 'cause I'm saved by the bell' part in the original theme song. 🙄🔫
This is the most iconic episode of this entire show because everyone remembers it, even if they didn't watch this show, lol.
"Im so excited" im dead😂
OMG I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR THIS EPISODE
I love this series!! Please keep it up!!
I appreciate how when you’re explaining what they said, the words are synced up to them saying it. Satisfying 10/10
It always blew my mind how they treated caffeine pills as the equivalent of heroin in this episode
Network forced the censorship. As a kid, I knew the "caffeine pills" were a metaphor for harder drugs. The network made them change it from speed to caffeine pills.
@@rhondaarnesen6684 I had no clue about that. Now it makes sense! Thank you for that 😁
I saw the Family Guy where Stewie did the “I’m so excited” parody and then he said “Screech is gonna stab someone at Christmas!”
Jesse looks hot af after her meltdown
Just stumbled across those vids couple of the days ago and I'm binging them since. Funny as hell
I never knew I needed these videos in my life
3:16 whenever I see that scene o just think of Stewie re-enacting it
To me it doesn't matter who is at fault. I mean, even if the shananagins aren't directly Zack's fault here... He is still trash. It's "Zack Morris is trash", not "Everything is Zack Morris's fault".
Jake Atkins but the shenanigans were ALWAYS his fault. That was the premise of the whole series.
It's "Zack Morris is a narcissistic manipulative bullying garbage person."
I'm so Excited,I'm so Excited for the new episode
I had VHS back when the reruns came out. Definitely recorded this episode and watched it a lot
Jessie pushed herself too hard, but without Zack in their lives her friends would have been able to help her ease up, relax AND help her study without putting too much pressure on herself. I really do wonder what they writers were thinking with the Zack character. He's a horrible human being and just gets worse. Then he seems to get a pat on the back for just stopping the problem he made, while the damage is already done, and he does nothing to even make up for what he did.
Can you please do a special on Jim Halpert from The Office? No one on the internet can pull it off as well as you. Keep these videos coming. Every time my wife hears me start a new video of yours she’s surprised you’ve kept my attention so long.
Ah, now this is the episode that I had most hoped to see you'd done!
This is Zack at his best, I still can’t believe he didn’t buy Jessie extra caffeine pills and a latte to get her through the performance
Caffeine pills?
What a light weight!
It's all good if you put snazzy 90's music behind the horrible selfish things you do
For posterity I want to post that this is the greatest episode of saved by the bell. It was amazing.
Dude this video series is golden.
Why hasn’t Zach Morris become a movie villain? He would definitely be selling coke as an adult!
the scene with her mental breakdown literally gave me chills
Azalea Ezephele Are they multiplying?
Shut up that shit was funny 😂
Chills? 😆Seriously now, it's Saved By The Bell.
I’ve been binging these videos for hour now
This really is the quintessential episode. Nicely done!
Dude was actually the hero in this he stopped her in the end and she was already taking the pills before he set up the music gig
Slater was the true hero of Saved by the Bell
"This gives Zack a great idea." The scariest words ever.
This and A Very Special Episode are my favorite series
this is great!
Can't wait for the episode where Zack gets jealous that Slater turns 16 before him and tries to get him kicked out of Drivers ed. As trashy as Zack Morris is, I can't get enough of Mr. Tuttle saying, "Wow! Good plan!"
I’m so excited for this episode
never realized how good JEsse looked natural with no makeup! she could give Kelly & Lisa a run for their money!! :DDD
