I can't for the life of me get my solution 862 to stop beeping with an error 8.. the manual says communication but writing on the inside flap of the keypad says its 'tamper'... nothing works. can you help me just shut down the unit totally so we cant use it? How do I do that? unplug the power adapter and disconnect the battery but there is still life in the keypad and the damn thing still beeps?? its killing me
