It definitely depends on the brand and how you like it. Some brands that only use for smoothies but I found some other brands that have vanilla and chocolate flavor which I like way better and I can drink that by itself or in my cereal.
add the actual almond nut in your smoothie for a fresh and filling option.

The milk we drink it is basically cows water at 8 grams of protein per cup with more or less fat content of 0-8 grams depending on the cut. IE whole all the way down to skim, while all the Whey Protein and Casein Protein is filtered out and sold as various protein powders, or used in the production of various cheeses. You have a super computer in your hands look it up.
