  • If you love lemon pepper chicken, you will love this healthy pan seared lemon pepper chicken breast recipe. It’s perfect for meal prep, a quick dinner or chopped over a salad for a delicious high protein lunch.
    You will need:
    2 chicken breasts (washed and cut in half)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp freshly cracke black pepper
    juice of 1/2 a lemon
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    Mix and allow to marinade overnight if you have the patience to wait that is.
    Add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side ( it depends how thick your chicken breast is) mine took 5 minutes on each side
    Add in fresh thyme and half the juice of a lemon when almost cooked
    Serve and enjoy :)
