3 chicken breast
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp unsalted butter (or margarine)
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Made this tonight substituted the honey for brown sugar bc of my 10 month old but the whole family enjoyed it. Props on the dish/recipe. It was delicious.
Made this tonight. I used apple cider vinegar, almond flour, and used half the honey, and used sugar free bbq sauce. It was so delicious. My new favorite, and my hubby who does not like chicken, loved it.

I pretty much do the same using maple syrup and malt vinegar with freshly grated ginger. A most different flavor but yummy.

I just made it and have the first bite in my mouth. Absolutely divine. I did double the recipe for the sauce though and it was a smart move.
I didn’t have any white vinegar so I used balsamic vinegar and I think it added yet another layer of flavor.

Add the honey after it’s cooked, honey is TOXIC when heated past a certain temperature. If you don’t believe me look it up! I used to love honey bbq chicken!

This is similar to a recipe I make for pork and fowl..I add half cup of orange juice and fourth cup tart plum jelly to the sauce ..its heavenly
