Thank you so much for the support! I greatly appreciate you 🤗Don't worry, I think the Pomegranate puzzles will be the first ones I complete from this haul!
YAAZZZ 🤩🤩🤩 I'm so happy the majority wants me to continue with the Disney images! I'm already getting so excited for this challenge, especially since I think I found the perfect puzzle for the job 😉
When you go into Barnes & Noble, their clearance puzzles are where the clearance/marked down book racks are. When I went seeking the clearance puzzles their, I asked someone where they were and they guided me. Have a safe and fun trip! I think you should try one of the Pomegranate puzzles first. Thank you once again for sharing! 🥰
Thank you, and you're very welcome 🤗 I don't know why I didn't bother asking anyone for help 😅 I will next time though, and hopefully they do have a good selections on clearance. As for the Pomegranates, they are surely the ones I plan to work on first from the haul. They look too exciting!
I wouldt like see you doing a disney one. I like the idea of some sort of an tradition. And i want you to know you are doing a great job with your videos. I apreciate your onesty an your sense of humor. And you understand beeing on a budget an not be able to by all at any given time, just like a normal human beeing. Watching your channel is always fun. Thank you for beeing you. 😊( sorry my english maybe not the best, but i try😂)
Oh yes, I like the idea of keeping the tradition going, and I'm happy to hear so many are in favor of it too. And thank you so much for your comment, that means a lot to me 🤗 It's great to hear that others connect with me. And your English is really good and understandable. Me on the other hand, English is my first language and people tell me I speak terribly and have horrible grammar 😅 But that's ok, that's what makes me "me".
I decided just last week that buying puzzles and doing puzzles are two separate hobbies! 🤣 I loved the Ravensburger Sweet Street from Nationals. I enjoy Demelsa Haughton’s puzzle illustrations. Fun video!
I'm so glad to hear that many want me to stick with the tradition, I wasn't sure if the majority would want me to change it up a bit. But then again, pretty much everyone here knows me pretty well by now and know that Disney is my happy place. Now I'm really looking forward to this challenge, especially since I think I've found the perfect puzzle 😁
Mandy, your shopping trips are a puzzler's celebration. Nice puzzles. I think this is the first time I see you purchase a photograph image puzzle. I love your quirky and funny comments, I always get a good chuckle from watching your videos and they make me happy, its almost like exercising, my fix of endorphins. Have fun with the puzzles, I hope you had a Happy Mothers' Day
You're right, I don't typically pick up photograph images. I was surprised when I looked over my haul again, because almost all of them were ones that I wouldn't typically pick up. But I'm glad I did, as I'm starting to realize that it's good to try out new things. I love to hear that you very much enjoy my videos and my craziness 😂 These shopping videos are my absolute favorite to work on and share with everyone. I wish I could do them all the time, but then I'd probably have to file for bankruptcy 🤣💸💸💸
I simply love, love these type of videos. Unfortunately, we don't have a Barnes & Noble stores in the U.K. So thank you for taking us on your trip and showing all the different puzzles. I can't wait for the next one!
You are so welcome! Happy to hear that you enjoy these videos! These are my favorite to make 😁My husband, who's also from the UK, says that the store Waterstones is the equivalent to Barnes & Noble. I'm hoping to get some extra time to visit a location when I head to the UK next month and hopefully film, but we'll see!
I got the Agatha Christie puzzle. My FIRST ever puzzle I did. From Germany? Came from there. Then my brother went on a trip to the Grand Canyon and brought back a puzzle for me. I looked at it and I was like "this is hard" a small section of the Canyon and the rest of it is a starry night sky. But I did It! I finished the puzzle and said "that really wasn't that hard" then I got an easy puzzle and went "this is going to take me a day to do" so now, today, I'll make my way to Barnes and Noble to see what type of puzzle I go for. I want to be hard like the Grand Canyon one, can't believe I actually like sky! Thank you for motivating me to keep up with the puzzles!
Really, yours came from Germany?! I got to look into that now, very interesting 🤔 I'm happy to hear that I keep you motivated to puzzle 🤗 And I hope your B&N location has a big selection to choose from! If so, be prepared to spend ages taking in all the amazing brands and images. Happy shopping!
@thepuzzledmandy I got the Cosmic Highway puzzle, the only one left of that puzzle and it looks hard so I going to do it. I sincerely hope I helped on you quest!
If I get to a point on RUclips where they send me a plaque, then I can quit my job! That would be awesome 🤩 I'll keep crossing my fingers that one day I can get to 100K subscribers. We'll see, right!
I like the Karen puzzles 3000 piece set and will get it myself this fall. However, it would be great to stay with a Disney puzzle for the 3000 challenge and stay with the tradition!
That's what I'm thinking too. I'm a creature of habit and loving the Disney tradition. Besides, it's my happy place and I'm going to need all the good vibes that I can get.
I'm so jealous of all the puzzles you have available to you! what a wonderful place. If you're curious about Paperblanks, they are excellent quality and their puzzles are unique because they have a kind of foil-like finish to the pieces. they shimmer and are oh so pretty. Almost feels like opening a bag of gems. definitely recommend :)
Ooo they sound super fancy, thank you for sharing! Might be a brand I go after during my next trip to B&N. It's a good thing this store is about an hour away from where I live. If it wasn't, I'd probably be in there all the time 🤣
Hi Mandy! Just found you and LOVED going on the shopping trip with you! The Barnes & Noble near me is an hour away and has about 1/4 of the amount of puzzles yours has! Love all the puzzles you bought, especially that Venice one. My tastes run all over the place when I buy puzzles. I subscribed to your channel and looking forward to more videos!
Hello and welcome! Happy to hear you enjoyed the shopping trip 🤗 I've got a number of these videos so far and more to come in the future, as I love filming my puzzle shopping journeys. But I really need to get more puzzling in as my To Do pile keeps growing LOL
The 500 pomegranate is interesting, I’d like to see a video on that one. You’re really making me want to go to Barnes & noble! You should absolutely get sweet street. It’s so super busy that I really shouldn’t have done a full sort (it was way too tedious for a 1000 piece puzzle). I recommend doing a full flip and build as you go, or sort out a couple patterns at a time. There are so many recognizable patterns that that shouldn’t be difficult. The end result is adorable and gorgeous!
I think the Pomegranate puzzles are going to be the first ones I work on from the haul. They are just soo beautiful and different from what I usually work on. I'll look into Sweet Street the next time I head there. Thank you for the tips!
You’re amazing. Thank you for taking us along. I’m glad your YT check was able to help you splurge on the two brands you’ve been wanting to try! I like Clementoni’s Disney puzzles a lot! I had to order them from Amazon. I have some Pomegranates but haven’t tried them yet. You have a lot more will power than me! I just did a big order on puzzles Canada to treat myself for Mother’s Day (they had a 20% off this weekend). I was able to get a paperblanks for 14 USD! I have the sky bird and fire bird which I’m looking forward to trying soon! I would love to see you do a Disney one for your next big challenge. It’s how I found you on YT and stuck around ! Your Disney puzzles! Happy Mother’s Day❤
I almost convinced myself not to go to B&N, because I knew it would be trouble 😅. But these shopping trips feel extra special because I know it's because of everyone's support. I can't wait to work on everything that I picked up. I'm gonna have to check out Clementoni's Disney sets, especially if I really enjoy my first experience with them. But then again, that might be a dangerous thing 😂💸💸💸 You're definitely going to have to get a house expansion going with all these new puzzles 🤣🤣🤣 I just treated myself to the most perfect Disney puzzle for my 3K challenge...I can't wait 🤩 Hope you had an awesome Mother's Day!
Amazing selection…best moment…oohing and ahhing over the National Parks Posters puzzle then pointing out steam emitting from the volcano that’s not a park I’d visit, especially if it’s doing that - that’s not a good sign.
Definitely Disney for the 3000 count!! Are there any particular ones that pique your interest? Great haul btw! I have the Quest for Knowledge and that puzzle was a super enjoyable to put together! The stars bit had me stumped a bit but I was working with a partner and maybe it was just the perspective I was working it; either way I love that image and am excited to do it again. That said, that's been my only experience with a Pomegranate and would love to see the comparison between the different piece counts for sure! As always, happy puzzling!
I actually just found and ordered the perfect Disney puzzle for this big challenge, and it's absolutely perfect in every way. I just hope seeing the mass amount of pieces in front of me doesn't make me have second thoughts and faint 🤣 Happy to hear that Quest for Knowledge was good fun! Now I'm really looking forward to working on it and the other two. Happy puzzling!
Good point, I didn't think of it that way. A good percentage of that sale better go towards the artist, especially since it's their work that actually makes us want to buy the puzzle.
Hey Mandy, i think the lighthouse puzzle is a great pick, and one is at sunrise, tge other at sunset 😀 My picks wouldda been tho havent finished watching ur whole video yet is the strawberry one, the studyroom one and my fav, the big Frankenstein box set 😀 PS. enjoy ur trip to England. I may have to resort going to the UK when im ready to get a Sheltie and Scotch Collie 😀
I'm glad I went to this store when I did, the selection was better than my last visit. Thanks Ernie! I can't believe my trip is already coming up so soon.
@@thepuzzledmandy Yeah, there were some really nice jigsaws. Forgot to mention the mountain n lake one with row boat towed at the front....that was stunning as well. So ya gonna beat me with my trip overseas lol Im at the email marketing stage and RUclipsrs are a tough nut to crack. RUclipsrs say to aim for 80-90% open rate and 40% reply rate. Bull! Not even close with RUclipsrs. 95% dont open up their emails, let alone reply, yet am getting there. I think i have worked outthe strategy after a few weeks of trial and error and research. I actually today has a potentially promising reply from a local RUclipsr with 800k+ subs so see how that pans out. Just need to wait 2 weeks as she is attending some national conference 😀 Moved more boxes downstairs so my office is virtually emoty bar comp table, laptop and chair. Now im 99% packed and not 98% lol 😀
I LOVED The Quest for Knowledge by Pomegranate. I also paid full for price for it and don't regret it. 😅 Fred is pretty decent quality in my opinion. Trefl is really good quality but I don't like how humongous their boxes are.
Oh that's great to know! Now I really can't wait to work on that puzzle 🤩I'll put Fred on my list of brands to pick up next time. And funny, I was thinking the same thing about the Trefl boxes. Why the heck are they so big 😂
I'm glad I stopped in this store when I did. I would've never found those amazing sets. And I'm sure they are very popular since there were pretty much none the last time I shopped there.
I was just at Portland Headlight. Maine Lighthouse. I think I will wait for a sale to check out Barnes and Nobles. I also like the Japanese garden. I have an obsession with concrete lanterns/pagodas.
Nice! I usually wait for sales, but I just couldn't help myself LOL. Besides, it was highly likely that I wouldn't see this good of a selection on my next visit.
It’s difficult for me to buy puzzles nowadays cause there are limited options and they are so expensive in my country but I enjoy watching your purchases ❤
Happy to take you along with me on my puzzle shopping trips. I find it so interesting how puzzles are either very expensive or very difficult to find in many other countries. I wish the options were the same for everyone.
I really enjoy your shopping videos. I live in Mexico so no Barnes and Nobles (or Hobby Lobby) for me :( but still, I get to see new models from my favorite brands. I liked that Japanese puzzle from Pomegranate. I'll see if Amazon has it (Edit: they don't; bummer).
Darn, I wish these stores were worldwide so that everyone can enjoy them. I'm glad I am able to take you along with me during my shopping trips. I remember doing a price comparison on Amazon for that same puzzle and I couldn't find it either. They had other puzzles from Pomegranate though.
Do the Karen Puzzle's 3000 piece puzzle!!! It is absolutely fabulous. It is a puzzle designed by someone that understands what makes a great puzzle. It is incredibly colorful, and good for sorting. (And let's be honest, it will get more views)
@@minos3041 We are all entitled to our own opinion but Karen is a design major first who specializes in color theory and is an avid puzzler second. It's okay to say something isn't your taste but don't claim Karen doesn't know what she's doing, because she most certainly does. Thank you
I'm still steering towards Disney as I know it always puts me in that happy place. And I know with a puzzle size that overwhelming, I'm surely going to need to be in a happy place 😂. But don't worry, if I do Disney then I'll plan to work on Karens puzzle not too long after. I'll probably work on it when I'm halfway towards 4K to get myself ready for the biggest one.
Do the 3000 karen puzzles as it's a doozy. It really is a challenge. I am doing it now and it's hard to sort too. Lol Love to see how you get through it. 🎉
I'm planning to stick with my Disney tradition as I know I'm gonna need to mentally be in my happy place while tackling a 3K piece beast! But don't worry, I do plan to work on Karen's puzzle when I get midway towards 4K so that I can start preparing for the biggest challenge yet.
I've done several Clementoni and have always been pleased. I have a Pomegranate but haven't worked it yet. I found it at my thrift shop and almost squealed. I wasn't real crazy about the image, but for a 1.00 I wasn't leaving it behind. This was a great haul. You have some really pretty images there. The Pomegranate ones are my favorite.
A Pomegranate for a $1 is a steal and an instant yes no matter the image! I'd also be super excited if I found something like that, but gems like that don't really come by at all at my thrift stores. I really can't wait to work on those three.
Hi, Mandy! Loved the in-depth B&N tour. I am voting for you to do the Venice puzzle first. Looks very challenging, but stunning. I agree with other viewers that you should do a Disney 3000 when you reach that subscriber goal because that’s what makes you happy. I preordered Karen’s 3000 puzzle when she first came out with it. I have yet to make it. I then purchased her Gradient Cascade puzzle and was incredibly disappointed with the quality. I absolutely love Ravensburger puzzles. It was so loose fitting it was not very enjoyable. The concept was wonderful - the separate puzzle pieces conjoined to form their own puzzle. This experience makes me reluctant to tackle her 3K puzzle. I want to support her, so I purchased her most recent puzzle, Colors on Color. I have yet to make it. Gradient puzzles aren’t my niche. As an aside, I finally made the “muted” hot air balloon puzzle we both purchased from Hobby Lobby. It took me more than twice as long as it normally would to make a 1000 piece puzzle. It was beautiful when finished, but promptly went into my donation pile 😂 Happy puzzling!
Surprisingly, I really can't wait to work on this 3K challenge. I've already picked the perfect Disney puzzle 🤩 I'm planning to work on Karen's puzzle about midway towards the 4K subscriber challenge. I think it'll be a great way to get myself ready to tackle that beast. But like you, gradients aren't my niche. Funny you mention that hot air balloon puzzle. I was looking at it the other day and almost started working on it, but then I put it back because I got scared 😅 Now that you say it took you twice as long, I'm glad I put it back on my shelf. But I'll get to it soon.
@@marcialanger7244 I will activate "Ultimate Beast Mode", have plenty of reinforcements, and lots of Disney music playing in the background for this one! I seriously can't wait to pull my hair out for this one 🤩🤩
I would love to see you complete a 3000 Disney puzzle. Not sure if it is available in Schmidt Thomas Kincade? However I look forward to you completing Karen puzzles 3000 That may be my 1st 3000 pc puzzle as well. Great video as always 😊
Disney puzzle it is! And I actually just ordered the perfect one for the job...funny you mention Schmidt Thomas Kincaid...😉 As for Karen's puzzle, I still plan to work on it, but probably when I start inching towards 4K so that I can get myself ready for an even bigger challenge.
Me too! I'm really glad I went to B&N when I did. I snagged some really awesome sets this time. Hopefully when they have a good sale again, they'll have even more puzzles that weren't there before.
I vote for you to do a 3000-piece (or more) Disney puzzle. It is what makes the most sense with your current Disney collection of puzzles. I believe it would make you happy over the long term.
You are absolutely right! I'm gonna need all the good vibes I can get with a beast like a 3K puzzle. I think I already know which one will be perfect for the challenge 😁
I will certainly watch any and all of your videos. I cannot wait to see someone put together Karen's puzzles, besides Karen. Love the Pomegranite images with such artistic detail. If you always do Disney I might have to lean toward tradition.
Yup, sounds like I'll be sticking to the Disney tradition. Besides, I think I'll need to make sure my mind stays in my happy place while tackling a 3K beast. As for Karen's puzzle, I'll most likely work on it midway towards 4K to get myself prepared for another beastly challenge.
I'll definitely check out Paperblanks, thanks for letting me know! I just looked up The Village Lighthouse and I nearly fainted...GORGEOUS 🤩🤩🤩That image is absolute perfection and is going on my list! Thank you for letting me know about that masterpiece. And its funny you mention Schmidt though, I have my eye on something for my 3k that I just discovered 😉
B&N is definitely a fancy store. I much prefer sales, but I just couldn't resist with so many hours to spare. Thank goodness I live about an hour away from there 😅Hopefully the next time I happen to be in that area, there will be a sale happening.
Hi Mandy, ok we’re going to put our two cents in here…….. we’d like you to do a 3000 Disney puzzle. Why? You love Disney and Disney puzzles it’s so you… Karen’s puzzle has been done on her channel already. Of course whatever you choose we will look forward to. Great video once again Mandy. M+C😎😄
Thank you for voting for Disney! I'm now really looking forward to this as I've just purchased what I believe to be the most perfect Disney puzzle for this challenge. I can't wait to share it with everyone when the time comes, it's too breathtaking!
Do the Pomegranate ones. There are too many reviews for Karen Puzzles, just because she's a YT-er. And Clementoni is too crumbly. Pomegranate, for the art, please!!!😮 if not, Disney.
I am thinking about working on the Pomegranates first from bunch I picked up at B&N. As for Disney, I just ordered the perfect one for my 3K challenge and I really can't wait. 🤩
Oh yes! I think if I'm going to work on something so overwhelming, then I really need to channel in my happy place for sure. I actually got my eye on something for this challenge 😉
I dunno how you were able to resist the creepy lighthouse puzzle and game combo, but what I really want to know is what happened to the rings you were wearing?? I'm about to start playing one of those agatha christie games on xbox so it was pretty cool to see they had puzzles
What happened to my rings?? Did one of them look like the diamond was missing? If so, that one tends to spin around since I lost a bit of weight. My fingers got skinnier 😅. I didn't know there was an Agatha Christie xbox game 😃
@@thepuzzledmandy oh no I mean you were wearing them while shopping but during you showing off ya puzzles you weren't wearing them, and happy late mother's day by the way, I don't have to remember the holiday so I tend to forget it

I just hope seeing the mass amount of pieces in front of me doesn't make me have second thoughts and faint 🤣
Happy to hear that Quest for Knowledge was good fun! Now I'm really looking forward to working on it and the other two. Happy puzzling!
I will say sometimes the price does mean fab quality- but more often than not it means the artists are being paid fairly
Good point, I didn't think of it that way. A good percentage of that sale better go towards the artist, especially since it's their work that actually makes us want to buy the puzzle.
@@thepuzzledmandy yes!! The smaller the company the better off the artist is for a commission!
Hey Mandy, i think the lighthouse puzzle is a great pick, and one is at sunrise, tge other at sunset 😀 My picks wouldda been tho havent finished watching ur whole video yet is the strawberry one, the studyroom one and my fav, the big Frankenstein box set 😀
PS. enjoy ur trip to England.
Just need to wait 2 weeks as she is attending some national conference 😀
Moved more boxes downstairs so my office is virtually emoty bar comp table, laptop and chair. Now im 99% packed and not 98% lol 😀
I LOVED The Quest for Knowledge by Pomegranate. I also paid full for price for it and don't regret it. 😅
Fred is pretty decent quality in my opinion.
Time spent going to new stores is fun. Never know what you will get. ENjoyed
I am totally a sale person, but every once in awhile, you just have to buy something.
You are totally wrong and effected by RUclipsrs Karen is not a designer and it’s puzzle are boring esp first and last one
Do the 3000 karen puzzles
as it's a doozy. It really is a challenge. I am doing it now and it's hard to sort too. Lol
Love to see how you get through it.
It was beautiful when finished, but promptly went into my donation pile 😂
Happy puzzling!
Surprisingly, I really can't wait to work on this 3K challenge. I've already picked the perfect Disney puzzle 🤩
I'm planning to work on Karen's puzzle about midway towards the 4K subscriber challenge.
@@thepuzzledmandy can’t wait to see you in “beast mode” when you do your Disney 3K!!
I Love the Image from pomegranate 500 pieces❤ nice haul
Clementoni puzzles are great done the 6000 Las Vegas one great brand
Woah 6K Las Vegas is a beast! But sounds like you went full beast mode on that!
If you can try a paperblanks jigsaw puzzle. They are beautiful and worth their price.
I'll definitely put it on my list of brands to try, especially if you recommend it. Thank you for sharing!
Paperblanks puzzles are lovely.
You should look into the 3000 piece Schmidt puzzle - The Village Lighthouse.
Barnes & Noble is expensive . I usually wait until they have a sale before I purchase multiple puzzles.
B&N is definitely a fancy store. I much prefer sales, but I just couldn't resist with so many hours to spare. Thank goodness I live about an hour away from there 😅Hopefully the next time I happen to be in that area, there will be a sale happening.
Puzzles are getting too expensive. Trying to find deals. Have a nice day.
Finding deals can be challenging. I try to keep an eye on the store websites for any upcoming sales before I head there.
Good idea. Thanks
The puzzles in the Exit games are only about 20 pieces each.
Seriously?! Well that doesn't sound worth it to me. Thank you for letting me know.
Hi my name is Sandra i get my from temu puzzles
Nice! I was given a couple of Temu wooden puzzles. There not bad for the price.
As fun as the Karen puzzle looks I love the Disney ones so I vote for a Disney puzzle.
Oh yes! I think if I'm going to work on something so overwhelming, then I really need to channel in my happy place for sure. I actually got my eye on something for this challenge 😉
The last 3000 Ravens you picked is a picture of miniature art it was a old way of painting and this one it’s belongs to Persian Miniature art
Very interesting! Thank you for sharing 🤗 I love that I continue to learn so much from everyone here!
@@thepuzzledmandy oh no I mean you were wearing them while shopping but during you showing off ya puzzles you weren't wearing them, and happy late mother's day by the way, I don't have to remember the holiday so I tend to forget it
@@thepuzzledmandy and yes these are a few like murder on the orient express I also have the abc murders but I'm stuck on that one then I have Hercule Poirot but I haven't tried that one yet
@@MjArmstrong35 Alright 😂 I tend to take my rings off when I get home so that they're not getting dirty when I'm cooking or cleaning.
