The rice noodle bowl is very similar to what my mom (Japanese), used to make and I love it. We used shrimp and green onion, too. So delicious and feeling.

I know you stated you are no dietician or nutritionist, but I feel like I’m kind of similar to you where I tend to gain weight in my legs and butt area easily. My height is also 5’2, AND I also have gut issues 😩 how often do you recommend doing cardio and strength training a week? Also, because of your gut issues, how do you manage to keep your waist so toned and slim?! I feel like I’m always bloated and fluffy around there 😅😣

I will do a video on my workout routines but my issues are related to reflux so not necessarily ibs symptoms therefore I am not usually bloated! I also know the foods that do bloat me and I just dont eat them! 💛

@@jaymejo nothing i said was untrue. hahaha. what you're using is a euphemism, PARDUN. an OMELETTE is LITERALLY the ovary's falling out of a chickens ass hole, because they only have one hole, and these ovary's of theirs that you're frying up are packed with nothing but cholesterol. i have to deal with the fact that not everyone is vegan on a daily basis, don't worry about that buddy, but that's why i'm telling you just what you're actually eating. IT IS THE PERIOD OF A TORTURED BABY BIRD. and it will give you heart disease faster than you can blink if you continue to eat chicken periods everyday. it's a shame we kill innocent animals for food that actually kills us and in a way that also kills this ENTIRE PLANET.
