I just made this recipe today , not very sweet, I love the crunch topping it definitely adds. I baked it for 25 minutes and they came out perfect 🤗 Thanks Laura

Just made these and the recipe states to preheat the oven to 275. I knew it was wrong. But I thought you guys should know. They are wonderful and will be great all week for work.

Laura, could you not make the lemon pudding mix please. I know you made the vanilla pudding mix years ago because someone asked on your channel if they could use custard powder instead and I told them that the recipe was on your channel. Love these muffins made them a few times now , just wondering how you store them ? I find the butter in the topping kind of melts , I just store them in a Tupperware in my pantry, should I be storing in the fridge ?

Laura I recently learned a tip when zesting fruit…. use the microplane on top of the fruit, then you can see better where you still need to zest without having to lift the fruit up to check 👍

Personally I find muffins nicer without buttermilk just oil...perfect fluffy
I've had it where my Oven ran colder when I had to bake a bunch of cookies, thus making it take longer on the first couple batches or so, until I realized 🥴
I noticed the recipe says oven at 275. I watched the video twice to be sure 375 was correct.
Your video says 375 for the oven your written instructions say 275. I’m thinking the 375 is correct mine are in the oven so fingers crossed.

Ingredients and techniques looked great but blueberries still sunk to the bottom. Perhaps because the batter was more runny and thin than usual. I find that with thicker batters, the blueberries didn't sink to the bottom as much.
Hello, this is what happened to me! It was a hot mess! Any solutions to this problem? The flavors were there and were spot on. But the sinking, Oh My! LOL

Ovens need to be calibrated, when they're used on a daily basses.
