Cupcake Jemma's recipes never fail me! Love that they are in grams which makes making them a breeze with minimal dish dirtying so less clean up. I have made her chocolate cupcakes and cinnamon rolls and they came out perfect so I am excited to try this out now!

This recipe looks like my favorite blueberry muffins type. Definitely going to try this recipe. I find that the easier the recipe the better. I mean some recipes are so tricky that unless you're a Michelin level chef/baker, you won't be able to do them.

Just popped these guys in the oven. Smells like heaven. I'm planning on giving some to my neighbour since she made some dumpling for me today. I'm managed to make 18 muffins, not 12. Maybe it's because my cases aren't as tall as your homemade ones so I'd rather put less batter in than for it to overflow and stick to the tin. Me too, well almost, i made 12 muffins and since there was left about 1/3 of the batch i made a little cake, since it was thinner it cooked even quicker.

Out of all the blueberry muffin recipes I could have picked out on RUclips I went for yours because after all you are cupcake Jemma. The name alone implies it's going to be the best. When I finish watching you a video you had emptied a large bowl filled with batter and filled 12 cupcake tin full. However I did not have fresh round blueberries like everyone else would buy but organic Wild blueberries which are smaller than the norm and when I put them in my batter the whole thing turned blue and got quite running which I'm blaming on the type of blueberry. I really hope they come out.. I'm totally in the mood for one and i'm not even pregnant lol. I had a question in there somewhere. I was thinking why the wild blueberry would make the batter runny

did you freeze the blueberries as they are quite juicy and it could affect the batter
