Sharing is caring so “THANK YOU” for sharing your recipe😊 I’m not sure if I got it right, but I used 2 and 1/3 cup of four for the 325g of flour and 2/3 cup of flour for the 97g of flour, and 1 cup of sugar for the 198g of sugar and 1/2 cup of sugar for the 50g of sugar, 1 cup of milk for the 250ml of milk, and a 1/4 cup of oil for the 59ml of oil. I did not use the lemon zest. I added 1 tablespoon extra of melted butter in the streusel because mine came out dryer then yours for some reason, but they came out wonderful and I will definitely make these again. Thanks again I really love them💕

Hi the streusel is crunchy the day of baking. If you want to save for another day and have crunchy top, I would suggest toasting it in the oven for a few minutes before serving/eating.

I made these today and DID NOT REGRET. Absolutely delicious. Had to bake for a few more minutes on top for the streusel to brown. Ended up perfect!
