You can alternatively grind the ingredients without soaking rice, but using fine rice powder..... just a suggestion.

Hi, thanks for this recipe, I made this today. I used zucchini and onions because thats what I had at home. I added a pinch of baking soda. It was a great and quick snack / breakfast.

I have already made it twice. It was excellent. Actually, the second time it tasted better, as the batter was a little thinner (on account of the cucumber being a little bigger). Thank you Nisha ji for this easy and tasty recipe! I made it last night for dinner and my toddler loved it. :) I didn't have fresh coconut, so I used desiccated instead and some left over rice as you had suggested. Served the dosa with tomato chutney... yum! Thanks again!

Amazing. Was wondering what to eat today at the same time wondering what to go with my cucumber as I didn’t want to eat it raw as I had abdominal pain yesterday. Today I had oats for breakfast and lunch I had an apple and mango. This is a very good treat to me today as well as in the future. Interesting recipe. Other than the cucumber and the rice, most of the other ingredients are not available in our local supermarkets. I would have to go search for specialty supermarkets or try to find them online. Either way, thank you for the video. I just recently discovered your channel.
