Wow. Color of dosa is perfect brown. I have seen ragi dosa in hotels. But not sajji dosa. This should be included in hotels. After bhogi habba always sajji hittu gets spoiled as it becomes bitter in taste after keeping it for more days. This is the best option.
Also our next generation kids if not able to make rotti of sajji they can easily make this dosa. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you Geeta❤️❤️

For Jolad Rotti and Chapati I use Iron tawa and for Dosa I use non stick tawa but cast iron tawa can also be used.
