@@blackwidowpowersports6037 thanks for the info I really appreciate it. Over the winter I’ve coated 3 engines with it but have yet to ride the bikes so I was just curious.
@@blackwidowpowersports6037 yeah that was what I meant . Don't that make everything too hot in the combustion eventually?... isn't it better to get the heat thrue the head for cooling Sure heat is power but there's a fine line .....just a thought
@@Motoinc yes that is possible but we are running most of these motors on E85 or other forms of alcohol so the heat is not a problem we also see a significant reduction in the ignition timing needed to make power but raising the compression ratio does that to.
How much has the overbore kit given you on the Dyno..surely you added new cams.. another 14 rwhp.. on stock rwhp figures of 116-118 rwhp .. lets get some realistic dyno figures folks..
will never understand running to the rev limiter the power stops a grand before so no need to bang the limiter and how do you keep the side to side balance and weight exact on the piston without flycutting to exact thousandth never seen any builder use a grinder to cut down a piston or throttle body
It’s not the most ideal way to do it but as long as you now know much you’re removing and do it the same way on all it will work if I do it again I will remove the material off the head instead she stopped making power after 17krpm anyway

What kind of "Person" would spend big bucks on a 600 track bike? Buy an R1 dummy, your not racing in a class that demands you stay at 600. Your not racing at all. Why not strap on the turbo? LOL The work being done is great though.
I've watched maybe 6-8 R6s dyno'd never seen one make over 116-118 ... using VP12 maybe lol.. what kind of dyno.. the kind that gives you an extra 7 HP .. that kind .. come on guys ..124 rwhp , E85 my ass.. out of a 600cc inline 4.... You can port , enlarge the valves, install all the HC pistons you want, unless you make super serious airbox mods, your wasting the 'clients' money ..
In part 2 and part 3 videos I showed all the Dyno results if you like I can compare the time it takes to spin the roller we have a DynoJet 250ix and a normal r6 make 105-115hp on gasoline on this Dyno and the results prove it wasn’t a waste
How big of an upgrade would you guys say ceramic coating the cylinder head and piston crown is?
5% Hp and tq with 10*f lower Coolent temperatures but it takes a huge amount of prep work

Need to find a pentagraph machine for the perfect piston to head fit with ease.
I love ur vids. Keeping doing a good job
What kind of coating do you use on valves?
I blew a hole in my crank case on my 04 R6 I found a motor for it before I put it in. I'm going to do a complete rebuild.
Dosent the ceramic coating trapp the heat in the head?
Isn't better for heat the get out thrue head?
It keeps it from going into the head

@@blackwidowpowersports6037 ah sorry I missed that....then I get it.
Cheers
That's a lot of compression and rpm!
Do you do flash tunes I got a 08 r6 bored by millennium to 636 and some head work and I'm wanting to go e85 lmk
Yes but a built motors is best done on the Dyno are you able to bring it to San Antonio
Unfortunately no I'm in California 😕
Will I need adjustable cam gears with a 0.27 head gasket

So you snapped a valve just under the keeper groove I assume??
Y you think a valve would fall

Nice
👏😮💨!
How's the balance on this motor?
Rods and pistons have been balanced down to 1g

The 750 build is my favorite it truly beats 1k bikes and can still do circuit racing Goldilocks at its finest
