Thank you for teaching for these exercises. I am above 60 years. I am diabetic. Unfortunately my left foot infected with gangrene and my foot fingers got surgery. I am on bed from last 2-years. Now my knees got stuck and I can not straighten my both knees therefore I am unable to walk. Kindly suggest me some kind of exercises. May Allah award you with healthy long life. Aameen. Kindly reply me bcz I am in great trouble.
