    Great video! Could you provide the links for the shocks and plates?
    Have you considered changing the springs as well?

    • @How2Helen
      @How2Helen  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hello! Yes, I actually changed the rear springs and I am editing the video as we speak. It will be posted at the middle of the month as I have a few request ahead of it.
      The shocks were purchased from Rockauto. They have cheapest price. Below is the link for the reinforcement plates, I purchased it on Ebay. I will try to post a short teaser for the broken spring this week, just for you. Lol. Thank you for watching! -Rjeff H2H

    The 3rd clips behind the seats was a pain to put back 🤦🏽‍♂️. How did you go about in installing back the liner cloth cover in the trunk without breaking the plastic?

    • @How2Helen
      @How2Helen  3 месяца назад +1

      Hello. Put a bit of petrol jelly on the opening of the plastic liner. That will let the liner slide easier. Do not use WD40 as WD40 tends to dry the plastic liner cause it to become brittle. Hope that helps! -Rjeff H2H

    How do you get the clips back on the shelf compartment?

    • @How2Helen
      @How2Helen  3 месяца назад

      Hello. If you mean the clips for the parcel shelf, align the side and partial shelf first so that they are interlocking. Then from the top ( coming from inside the cabin, through the two seats), slide the clip in between the shelf interlocks. Hope that information helps. Thank you for watching! - Rjeff H2H

    How are you liking a shocks, good quality? Thanks

    • @How2Helen
      @How2Helen  5 месяцев назад

      Hello. As shown on the video, my previous shocks are completely gone. And that is my only comparison with the new shocks. The new shocks feels slightly stiffer when hitting bumps. But, they do not sway anymore compared to the old one. Its been a little over a year, and they still feel the same as day one. Again, emphasis on the old shocks we had were completely gone, which might be the reason the new ones feel a bit stiff. I would recommend them for a cheap replacement. Its cheap enough for me to try them. Hope that info helps! Thanks for asking! -Rjeff H2H

    Does the gasket go on the under side of the car laying on top of the shock mount?

    • @How2Helen
      @How2Helen  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hello. I explained it on the video that based on my research, for the rear, it needs to go on the top. You can do more research if you are not convinced. I also was not sure of it initially, which is why I placed it on the bottom, then had to redo my video later on.
      Also, I tried to reply to you other comment but you removed your comment before I could post my reply. Anyway, more info on the other video for the front plates. Thank you for watching and subscribing! -Rjeff H2H

      @CrazyOneToo 11 месяцев назад

      @@How2Helen Actually I meant the actual gasket and not the reinforcement plate. The update at the beginning of your video appears to have it on top of the shock mount. I assume it goes on the underside of the car mounting area.

    • @How2Helen
      @How2Helen  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@CrazyOneToo my apologies. Yes the gasket goes on the under side of the car. But just to add, I bought additional gaskets, so I had the original gaskets on the underside, and new gaskets on top. I did this to prevent any possible “metal on metal” squeaks. This is just personal preference though and not really standard. Sorry again for the confusion. -Rjeff H2H
