Don't get me wrong, not hating on Sez since she's a lovely and kind person who I would love to be friends with IRL, but when it comes down to it, anyone who doesn't work has a lot of time to work out. If I made a living just going to cafes with my friends and recording it and didn't have to go into work, I'd be working out a ton like she does too. She is very, very fortunate to have the lifestyle that she does. I know I would trade anything for it lol. Again, not hating. Just being realistic is all. If you work full time, it's being unfair to yourself to compare. Take inspiration for sure as she certainly does inspire with her cheerful attitude, but don't feel bad that you don't work out as much as she does.
When you said that 'Proactive doesn't work' your so right, I was told to use it and I didn't see any improvement and I was told it's just because you need to do it for a longer period of time. So after 10+ months, my skin was so bad, I also have hormonal acne. So now after not using it and starting to use more material products my skin has changed dramatically. And I will have to say that it is a big, big thanks to you Sarah, you have been my inspiration and role model for many years and I want to grow up to be like you. Your such an inspiration. p.s you and Kurt are the cutest couple ever, and baby Fox, oh my gosh I can't deal, the cutest baby ever. Taking your advise on our grocery trip tonight ! Going to start food prepping, verse meal prepping as well like you love that better , also not a fan of meal prepping . The whole being mindful about carbs proteins and healthy fats has been a huge help for me , along with listening to my body . Been a paleo ‘based’ eater since about three or four months ago ishhh , and I notice a big difference in my digestive system so THANK YOU🙏🏻 . Much love to you guys always. 💙

Tip when doing lymphatic drainage: Start at the ears/jaw (profundus) and go down to your collarbones (terminus)! (No matter what part of the body you wanna drain, even legs, you have to start here in order to get rid of the 'traffic jam' to get the lymph going). Tip 2: You wanna follow the lymph's natural flow/path = don't just move it all upwards and leave it there, or you'll get a puffy face. You need to drain it down to the 'terminus' to get the actual drainage. You want a slim face, not a puffy one :) I'm studying to become an esthetician :) and this part is very important when doing facial massages etc

Hi beautiful! Love your video’s!! Lately Im Trying to be much much more concious when Im grocerie shopping. I know with a lot of other things youre already super concious, amazing! But I noticed that you use quite a bit of plastic when buying veggies. You could, for example, fill up this paper bag with spinach in woolie, instead of buying spinach in this plastic bag. Also kale you can find without plastic. It actually count for pretty much everything, like They also sell the celery loose, And soooo much other stuff. We lived in Aussie for a couple years and I had this favourite muesli bar that I absolutely couldn't get enough of when I was there, but sadly enough I forgot the brand and couldn't find anything that came close here in The Netherlands. But I just found out it's CARMAN's through this vlog! Yassssss, now I can google the ingredients and try to recreate it (the apricot muesli bar was my love). Hey Sarah, I’ve also been doing an elimination diet! Not sure if you’ve considered this but in those crackers you like and in the long-life coconut/almond milk there’re gums (like guar gum and xantham gum) which really set off my tummy. Maybe try fresh almond/coconut milk instead of the long-life and see how that goes with Fox?
For toner, you can also put it into a squirt bottle and mist it onto your face! That's what I use when I'm running late, it makes it super easy to apply and is so refreshing.
You guys in the car is always so amusing!! I would love to see a "day in the life" kinda thing, showing when you do things such as your workouts etc LOVE YOU!!
I know you've got a lot to think about when grocery shopping already Sezzy but considering you already have to go to a couple of shops to get everything you want, would you consider going to a specific fruit and vegetable shop also which don't sell pre-cut vegetables in bags?! I know they're convenient but supermarkets package things so unnecessarily :((((
Hey, couldn't tell if you did this or not but if you put food e.g. sweet potato in the fridge hot, it is bad for your fridge and eventually your fridge will stop working! Always wait until the food is cold to put it in the fridge, it also reduces the risk of bacteria growth as bacteria grow when temperature goes from warm to cold suddenly! Hope this is helpful xx

i feel the food prep thing so hard. I've tried food prepping, but i'm one of those people where if i just don't fancy it, i won't eat it. i sit there and pick at it and ultimately end up throwing it away, which is just a waste of food. I find it much easier to stay on track if i prepare 'components' of food. Pre-cut my veggies, have a container of humus, have the chicken cooked, Make up a batch of mash. this way i can have a semi 'fresh' meal easily, even if it's just throwing it together as a stir-fry. It doesn't help that some meals just don't reheat well (squidgy reheated onions yuck).

You guys just described my meal prep strategy to a tee: "Welcome to my fridge, everything has been cooked freshly maybe a week earlier... but it's still ok!" Can't eat the same meal twice, so a week old pick n mix is ideal!
Love the video! I always do baked quinoa or rice, so good! 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water. (You can add salt, spices, a bit of oil if you'd like). Bake in a casserole dish covered in foil at 375 for 20 minutes, let sit for 5 then fluff with a fork! :) Such a timesaver and it's already in a casserole dish to take from throughout the week!
I am waiting for test results to come back to see if I have cervical dysplasia which brought me to your channel when I came across your video where you got rid of your severe dysplasia. It was really inspiring and well articulated. I am definitely going to subscribe! I was looking through your other videos to see if you completely got rid of the dysplasia. At the end of the video you said you were going in for another check up to see if there were no signs of possible mild dysplasia. I know you are a busy mom but if you have any time to respond to this I would definitely like to know if were successful :)

Hey Sarah, does Fox have quite a set feeding schedule? My newborn is only a few weeks younger than Fox and breastfeeds on demand very unpredictably so I find it hard to go out and about on tasks like food shopping incase he wants to feed when I'm half way around the shop! How do you deal with daily life (tasks that require you to leave the house) and breastfeeding Fox and ensuring he gets plenty of his naps in? I'd love to hear if you have any tips! Much love xxxxx
You are so right about the meal prep thing. I also prefer prepping things separately then on the spot choosing what I want to make based on my prepped stuff. It brings versatility and makes food prepping less tedious.
Hey Sarah! Awesome videos and thank you for your tips :) You mentioned that Fox can be sensitive with your breastmilk. This reminded me that in Mexico we have a old wives' tale which believes that avocado can give babies colics through the mothers breast milk. I know - this really sucks! I myself eat an avocado daily and will have to give it up soon for breastfeeding...or will try to slowly incorporate into my diet...see how my baby reacts. Keep up the good work

Sezzy - you can cook quinoa in about 20 minutes total: just bring it to a boil with a lid on and shut off the heat on your stove. Then after a 20 minutes fluff with your fork. Great for 🦊 busy Mum, who has other things she needs to do than watch a pot on a stove.

Lately Im Trying to be much much more concious when Im grocerie shopping. I know with a lot of other things youre already super concious, amazing! But I noticed that you use quite a bit of plastic when buying veggies. You could, for example, fill up this paper bag with spinach in woolie, instead of buying spinach in this plastic bag. Also kale you can find without plastic. It actually count for pretty much everything, like They also sell the celery loose, And soooo much other stuff.

We lived in Aussie for a couple years and I had this favourite muesli bar that I absolutely couldn't get enough of when I was there, but sadly enough I forgot the brand and couldn't find anything that came close here in The Netherlands. But I just found out it's CARMAN's through this vlog! Yassssss, now I can google the ingredients and try to recreate it (the apricot muesli bar was my love). Hey Sarah, I’ve also been doing an elimination diet! Not sure if you’ve considered this but in those crackers you like and in the long-life coconut/almond milk there’re gums (like guar gum and xantham gum) which really set off my tummy. Maybe try fresh almond/coconut milk instead of the long-life and see how that goes with Fox?

For toner, you can also put it into a squirt bottle and mist it onto your face! That's what I use when I'm running late, it makes it super easy to apply and is so refreshing.

Hey, couldn't tell if you did this or not but if you put food e.g. sweet potato in the fridge hot, it is bad for your fridge and eventually your fridge will stop working! Always wait until the food is cold to put it in the fridge, it also reduces the risk of bacteria growth as bacteria grow when temperature goes from warm to cold suddenly! Hope this is helpful xx

i feel the food prep thing so hard. I've tried food prepping, but i'm one of those people where if i just don't fancy it, i won't eat it. i sit there and pick at it and ultimately end up throwing it away, which is just a waste of food. I find it much easier to stay on track if i prepare 'components' of food. Pre-cut my veggies, have a container of humus, have the chicken cooked, Make up a batch of mash. this way i can have a semi 'fresh' meal easily, even if it's just throwing it together as a stir-fry. It doesn't help that some meals just don't reheat well (squidgy reheated onions yuck).

Love the video! I always do baked quinoa or rice, so good! 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water. (You can add salt, spices, a bit of oil if you'd like). Bake in a casserole dish covered in foil at 375 for 20 minutes, let sit for 5 then fluff with a fork! :) Such a timesaver and it's already in a casserole dish to take from throughout the week!

I am waiting for test results to come back to see if I have cervical dysplasia which brought me to your channel when I came across your video where you got rid of your severe dysplasia. It was really inspiring and well articulated. I am definitely going to subscribe! I was looking through your other videos to see if you completely got rid of the dysplasia. At the end of the video you said you were going in for another check up to see if there were no signs of possible mild dysplasia. I know you are a busy mom but if you have any time to respond to this I would definitely like to know if were successful :)

Hey Sarah, does Fox have quite a set feeding schedule? My newborn is only a few weeks younger than Fox and breastfeeds on demand very unpredictably so I find it hard to go out and about on tasks like food shopping incase he wants to feed when I'm half way around the shop! How do you deal with daily life (tasks that require you to leave the house) and breastfeeding Fox and ensuring he gets plenty of his naps in? I'd love to hear if you have any tips! Much love xxxxx

You mentioned that Fox can be sensitive with your breastmilk. This reminded me that in Mexico we have a old wives' tale which believes that avocado can give babies colics through the mothers breast milk.
I know - this really sucks! I myself eat an avocado daily and will have to give it up soon for breastfeeding...or will try to slowly incorporate into my diet...see how my baby reacts.

Sezzy - you can cook quinoa in about 20 minutes total: just bring it to a boil with a lid on and shut off the heat on your stove. Then after a 20 minutes fluff with your fork. Great for 🦊 busy Mum, who has other things she needs to do than watch a pot on a stove.
