Sarah I don't know if you'll read this comment, but I really really want to thank you. For the past 6 months, I've been in a terrible position. I ate whatever I wanted, I didn't exercise, I quit every sport. I would randomly get motivation to workout but that motivation would go away after a day. I finally came across your channel and you have not only motivated me, but you have changed my perspective of living. I stopped binge eating, and started eating healthy foods. I am now working out daily and pushing myself to do more and more. I lost so much weight and I don't know how to thank you more. Thank you for your videos and your cheerful personality. Start your day with a brekkie high in protein and fat and try and leave your healthy sugary meals for the arvo :) That REALLY really helps me and helps manage my hormones :) Also, eat a healthy source of fat with every meal to speed up metabolism and promote fat burning x
I understand.....I used to have a really sweet tooth, too. I know this is contrary to Sarah's advice, but I follow a high carb/moderate fat vegan diet and have noticed when I eat more carbs, I crave sugar less (or none). I just focus on complex carbs like sprouted bread, sweet potatoes, rice, beans, etc. Hope this helps, good luck :) I know how miserable sugar addiction can be.
Doing any type of exercise will help with the metabolism. I was the same way until I started to do body weight exercised. Drinking load more water will curve your sweet tooth. Also slowly incorporating healthy food into your diet. Switch out regular potatoes with sweet potatoes, use lower calorie dressing on your salads, instead of bread and pasta try spaghetti squash or Quinoa. Remember don't ever try going cold turkey! It'll make it hard for you to keep eating good! Looking up recipes help a lot too :) I hope this helps!
Patty! I have a terribly strong sweet tooth, but I'm hypoglycemic, so... really a lose/lose situation here. haha. For me, like Sarah said, I start my day out with ONLY protein and good fats, or even just protein if I don't have tasty fats in the fridge. Then I don't have any carbs until about 1 or 2 pm, but keep my calories high through homemade dressings and sauces with olive oil (usually) as a base. This is the only thing that helps me kick my sugar cravings. Also, club soda (sparkling water) and lemon helps when I get in those "I want to eat my entire kitchen" days and want something more than just flat water. Whew, sorry for the novel. But I feel you!

I did you 15min ab shredder and 15min full body workout back to back to day and it was so tough but such a great quick workout. Can you do more 15min circuits please?? maybe an upperbody focused one or a glutes one??
You seriously have no idea how thankful I am for this channel and you. I have been dealing with serious digestive and food allergy issues for the past year. While watching your videos and listening to you describe which foods you thrive on and the ones you don't, it was like you were taking the words out of my mouth. In America healthcare is extremely expensive, so I have had some medical intervention for my digestive issues, but I have been doing a process of trial and error on which foods I do and do not thrive on (basically being my own doctor to curb the medical costs). Your videos have been such a wealth of information for me, and I feel so informed, equipped and empowered. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!!!

Hi Sezzy!!! For digestion you can also drink first thing in the morning (can be alongside your lemon tea) this: In a small glass with water (300mml) 1 tsp of flaxseed and 1 tsp of chia seeds Leave this in water the night before (6-8 hrs will do) and drink it in the morning This technique was recomended by my nutricionist and is the best thing ever, now i cant live without it!!! Hey Sezzy! I love your videos so much, like I already love fitness and health, but you've totally inspired me and thanks to you I'm transitioning into having a completely paleo based diet. :) I can sympathize with feeling restricted on the vegan diet, I workout quite a lot so I crave a lot of foods that aren't vegan, but are paleo friendly, I'm also lactose intolerent, have a very sensitive digestive system as well, and my stomach does not do well with gluten, so your videos help out so much. When you do these kinds of videos could you put how many reps you do with every workout? Like at the bottom of the screen, just because I like to try different workouts and sometimes will do them while watching. Love you so much!!!

Would you suggest I go to a dietitian for advice? I've been eating healthy whole foods for around 3-4 weeks and have gotten two throats infections since. Love the channel and can't wait till the 28th 💪🏼😁

Hey Sezzy! I love your videos so much, like I already love fitness and health, but you've totally inspired me and thanks to you I'm transitioning into having a completely paleo based diet. :) I can sympathize with feeling restricted on the vegan diet, I workout quite a lot so I crave a lot of foods that aren't vegan, but are paleo friendly, I'm also lactose intolerent, have a very sensitive digestive system as well, and my stomach does not do well with gluten, so your videos help out so much. When you do these kinds of videos could you put how many reps you do with every workout? Like at the bottom of the screen, just because I like to try different workouts and sometimes will do them while watching. Love you so much!!!
