Omg Sarah your cellulite ‘confession’ made it so much easier for me to accept my own tighs. I’m a competitive rower but uni started again in september 1th and since than I’ve only been able to train 4 times a week while in the summer I had 11 sessions. My body has changed and my cellulite came back but seing you being so accepting on your body gave me a little confidence. ❤️
I feel ya with the training thing! I've had soccer 5-6 days a week for the past 5 weeks and done NO STRENGTH TRAINING!😵 I seriously am feeling weeeeeak! Luckily fall soccer ends next week so I'll be able to start from scratch👍🏽 Maybe even try this workout!!
There is a way to shut the fridge alarm off forever!!! Ours used to do that and now I can stand in front of the fridge and snack for as long as I want in peace :)

I know this video is super old but I learned in one of my classes last semester an interesting fact about onions! When cutting onions it actually helps your eyes by preventing cataracts in the future😊 I’m not sure how true this is because my professor was slightly wacko lol (not to be mean). But I thought I’d share this info in case it is true!! Anyway you are the best I’m so glad I recently discovered your channel❤️

I found your channel this year and it's helped me so much with body confidence and to not be too hard and too strict on myself. I have battled with ED's and I have always been obsessive over food and working out but I've been learning ever so slowly to not put so much pressure on myself. I know you're really big on listening to your body and I was just wondering if you could do a video on this? Like how does one actually listen to their body and what should one actually look for?
Yup, our mums are the same. My older sister and I are 18 months apart, and for majority of our kindergarten photos we're either in the exact same outfit or opposite colours (I was purple and my sister was pink) 😂
Im trying to make a lifestyle change by cutting out unhealthy foods. That part is easy really, the struggle for me is to eat more greens and vinaigrette style dressings. In your earlier videos you had mentioned that you used to eat junk all of the time before you switched over to your Paleo diet. Now you eat spinach and kale and seem to love it. How did you make that transition from junk food to raw salads ? Did it take a lot of time? I try to eat dark leafy greens like kale and spinach and I gag it just doesn't taste good to me. I was not raised eating these things, but I really want to be able to enjoy them as you seem to.
Yasmeen Malik i would say you get used to it! Personally i love to add some cheese in a salad, you can also add sliced grapes, any kind of nut, avocado, tomatoes, abd for dressing i would say oil and vinegar and honey

I think if you made a beginners basic necessities type of a video for cooking would be amazing! I see the Tropeaka products and stuff all the time and I want to get those but I just don't know where to start and other kitchen necessitates that you frequently use when cooking. Not sure if that makes sense but I'd love that! :)
I totally agree that it's the onion smell that makes you cry. Every time I cut onions I breathe normally and my eyes start watering, but once I start breathing through my mouth then I notice I don't cry as much. Definitely worth a try if you ever have to cut onions!👍🏼
I literally suffered from the exact same staph infection for the WHOLE of2017 ... an entire year , all over my legs and they are so so so painful. thought I was the only person who's suffered from this. love your videos sezzy!!

In the 4 hour body - tim ferris talks about how cellulite is basically fat cells - that book is definitely a best practices but needs to be taken w a grain of salt - also increasing the oxygen flow to the area w ball rolling or foam rolling can actually help a lot! 💕💦
Every time I try to make smoothies I find it tastes really powdery. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong because you seem to use loads of powders?
