My Alternative to Pho

Binh Duong Restaurant is the first restaurant I found when I first moved to North Jersey. I've had the Pho several times and its decent, my only complaint is the small meat portions. The broth could also use more flavor but all in all its a good local restaurant. The Bun Bo Hue is pretty good and the appetizers and traditional menu makes it a place you can eat at regularly. Let me know if you guys had Bun Bo Hue before, if not. Would you try it?

Looks and sounds damn good to me. How come places like this weren't around yet when I used to deliver supplies all over that area, particularly to Bloomfield schools and businesses? I woulda stopped in there for sure. Now I gotta make me something similar; I got most of the fixings.

I believe it’s been around but reopened with new management a few years ago. It’s the closest Viet Restaurant to where I’m at. I still prefer Pho today in East Rutherford for the Pho Dac Biet. I have yet to try their Bun Bo Hue there though so that may have to my next task.
