ayoku barringer I guess it's personal preference, well done is really dry to me. A lot of steakhouses and chefs also recommend medium or even medium rare to be the best way to eat a steak due to texture and moisture. But you can't forget that steak in the end is a piece of an animal, also cutting into meat right after cooking without sitting, usually causes the juices to flow out.
I can feel the vegetarians pain because this looks sooo good.
