UPDATE: Datamine has the inheritance restrictions for Potent 4! It is usable by Melee Infantry, Cavaliers, and Fliers with the exception of Dragons.

“nope too tired to read that”

With the Emblem Heroes being added in the game, definitely going to be looking forward to Emblem Roy, Ike, Sigurd, Hector, and Veronica in the future and see what abilities they can give to other characters when Engaged with them

Unfortunately Armors are the one movement class thats locked out of it. Other than that its only ranged units and dragons that cant use it
