So nice of you to take a different route home Phil. Does make it more interresting for you too. It was an enjoyable ride home to watch and a good example of how to let people pass.
Greetings Phil Hope you are well. You had us going with your nightmare canal horrors ! We fear for your well being riding your bicycle on those busy roads and or the towpaths. Do you wear a fluorescent vest ? Keep safe warm dry and virus free. Try to have pleasant dreams.
Well that was a great double bill of cycling vlogs this weekend. Thank you, I really enjoyed them. The raffia don't leave much room when they overtake you, do they! But at least there were no head ons this time. The trees were beautiful colours. Do you leave Bushka and Midge out when you go off, and if so do you worry about them?
Thank you. By law cars are supposed to pass at least 1.5 meters from cyclists, which would take them well over the road centre line. Very few actually do that. Many just aim to miss! When I'm moored the cats are free to roam as they please. I wouldn't want to lock them in because if a car did hit me they would be trapped.
@NarrowboatJourneysSLOWTV The traffic is quite good here, in Cornwall. You just get the occasional one that's too close. And of course, in the country narrow lanes I can cycle more towards the middle of the road, instead of in the gutter! That's a good point about the cats. Can they get in and out of the boat?

@NarrowboatJourneysSLOWTV I see I'm not the only one that is fearful of you riding with that crazy traffic!
Lovely circuit, Phil; and fantastic colours on the turn towards Whitehill. Happy memories of living there. Thank you.
Very welcome

Roads look dangerous for you because the cars fly by you
They certainly do.
