The nearest shop is in Woodstock... and it's a very expensive Co op. I used to cycle there every day when I worked at Blenheim Palace.

That's one way to stay fit! It looks like here in the US, those with four wheels quite often have little regard for those on two wheels. Beautiful country!

Takes me back to when I used to go cycling all over the place which I'm glade I did as now I cant hardly walk certainly not without a great deal of pain, this is why you have to cram in as much as possible when your young as one day in the future things are going to cease up unless you are very lucky so thanks Phil for your lovely interesting bike rides.😺👍

Thank you. I used to cycle to Woodstock every day when I worked at Blenheim Palace. Quite exhausting!
Despite having to cycle this for 2 post pickups it was a lovely ride. Although wouldn't care much navigating around mudpools and riding on busy roads and on roads of not the best quality. Still lovely!

I used to live in Tackley, so know those roads and paths really well (and walked from Tackley to Woodstock too). Glad you did the journey safely. I see you were at Pigeons Lock when the Taylors were there too.

Hi Phil, I really enjoyed that cycling vlog. When you were cycling uphill, I was leaning forward willing you on!! That path was muddy wasn't it. Yes it was an awful long way to go to collect post. And that idiot truck driver that drove head on towards you, needs to be taken off the road!!
I'd forgotten about the truck driver. I swore! lol That sort of thing happens pretty often unfortunately.

Because I recorded that last October I'd forgotten all about that. I must check these unedited videos more carefully in future, especially if I stop on the way for a pee! lol
