Brother Laser Printer Issues - Smeared or Blurry Lines on Paper MFC-8810DW, MFC-8710DW, MFC-8510DN

  • If you have blurry, smeared lines on printed pages of your Brother Laser printer, that is usually an indicator of a hone fuser unit, but to make sure follow the instructions on video of how to check if it really is the fuser assembly problem and not something else.

    I printed a fuzzy moustache out of some kind of printer is other some kind if Pinter or film that had fuz stands on it

    Great video. I like your communication style. Can I ask a question?
    I use a Brother MFC-L5900DW and I'm seeing poor print quality...but ONLY on the 2nd side. In other words, on a double-sided print job, the "front" of the page is good...but the "back" of the page has a long line along the edge of the page.
    Any idea what would cause this? Thanks in advance!

      Hello. I'm not exactly sure why it does that. It is possible that the drum may need adjustment or replacement.

      @@303electronics Hey, thanks for chiming in! Unfortunately, I've swapped out the drum and the cartridge and neither seems to help. Neither does cleaning the fuser rollers in the back. I think I may just need to replace it. It's done 251,000 pages since I bought it. Is that good?
