Thank you for sharing. I have watch at least 25 video's trying to find the right method to do this and today finally I came across your you tube channel. Your work is the best!
I just wanted to say that you have a great video tutorial and I really wish you'd make some more. You've got a lot of subscribers that would follow you. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for your message, we will do more as soon as we get more time
What a wonderfully simple way to transfer an image. Thank you it was very memorable.
wow!!
I just finished a project for the first time and my finger is killing me from rubbing....wish I had of had this product!!!
good luck getting back up and running you have a great product there.
I'd use a rubber roller to press out the air and evenly apply the image to the wood. Also, a sponge brush or roller would more evenly apply the gel medium, no brush strokes or missed spots
Just ordered your paper from your Etsy store and so excited to get to work with it. I discovered your paper via watching The Crafsman Steady Crafting video. Just wanted to give a shoutout to him. 😊I appreciate your reply to my question regarding the pigment ink for the Epson, so will definitely will use my laser printer.
Craftsman is the artist who introduced Tom s magic paper. Great guy!!😊
Just a beautiful demonstration and love the music. Good to see that you're responsive to comments. Shows you care.
I can't wait to purchase this when the store restocks!
Just wanted you to know that my order has arrived safe & sound. Thank you so much! I will let you know how it goes once I try it, I'm very excited but want to do it right.
Mary Molnar
You should come on my FB page just google lol 😂
1. apply liquitex for 10 seconds
2. place the print onto the wood
3. rub for at least one minute, but probably way longer because the video was cut a bunch of times
4. upload a video to youtube saying that no rubbing is required
The "no rubbing" he refers to in the title is not the process you see in the video. He is saying you don't have to rub the paper away after the medium dries, as is shown in many other transfer videos.
hey, a rub is a rub
Tell that to my ex wife.
top marks for that one eric
If the paper is extremelly glossy no rubbing is necessary. You are just peeling off the paper.
Tom Palissade thank you for showing your work.
I would like to say thank you to tom for fixing up my order as I received my paper this morning

Very nice demonstration. Thank you.
That's a great video but what paper do you use to put the picture on, looks like kitchen paper
Thank you ! All informations are in the video description
Hey Tom I love your paper I’ve used it many times in the past, but I’m having trouble finding where to buy it, can you help me out? Thanks
Hello
Right now We are out of supply of our paper. Our supplier changed manufacturers before we knew it. We do not know how long we will be replenished. The shop will be closed for the time needed to find a reliable source. Many of you are experienced users and will understand that their patience will be rewarded. We regret for the newcomers this momentary break of stock. Two and a half years ago we invented the concept of a transfer paper that does not need to be rubbed, the adventure continues! Thanks for your patience News will be posted on our Facebook Page facebook.com/Palissade.Image

Thank you so much for the tips and brilliant Ideas!!! Loved the song chords big fan of Ms. Katy Peri since yesterday ;)))
Hi Tom. Waited a while for my shipment to come to the states. I'm afraid ten sheets later my HP Laserjet 2600 Color printer does not like this no matter how many settings I tried including the 120 g/sm, the light gloss, transparency, etc. I added blue printers tape to keep it from curling into a jam. No luck. Really wanted it to work and I'm out of ideas. It just jams. Thanks.

Sorry for what is happening to you. This question would be easier to answer on our Facebook page where many solutions and examples are exposed

You understand that I need more details about your equipment, computer, laser printer, operating system etc.
Yeah, I've been all over the FB posts and explanations. I have a Macbook Air and use OS High Sierra Version 10.13.12 Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB so it seems okay and of course the Windows fixes don't apply. In terms of my printer features I can choose Glossy (106 -120 s/sq), Light 60-74, Light Glossy 75-105 g/sqm, Heavy Glossy 121-163, or Transparency (which totally garbled it). I'll take a photo of what the paper is coming out like after printing. It's a good color printer otherwise.

As I am a Mac user myself, just sending me a private message would have been easier, i could have made screenshots for you. RUclips is not a chat room, impossible to place a picture here
Got it. Sorry to bother you.

Thanks for your nice message, I hope you're making nice projects or maybe started a side business like a lot of our clients have done 😉
Excellent.
Paper jams on HP 8720. Used it before on another printer and it worked great. You have a great product, it just doesn’t work on my present equipment.
For HP printers, there is a web browser based user interface that gives you access to a lot of elements including paper thinness. Lets talk about it on my FB page, we will see how to get this work
Ta Very nice tx for sharing.

Thank you very much for sharing this video please if you can tel me what's paper you use and the printer you use for this job thank you
Nice 👌🏻 Thanks for sharing
Which paper did you use in this video for printing?
superbeeeeeeeeee
Hi Tom. I'm soooo excited that I received my paper yesterday. I had trouble getting it to print as it kept jamming in the printer. I guess my "fine paper" setting is not sufficiently fine/thin. I put a tiny bit of glue stick on the top and attached it to a typical printer paper and had no problem. Ignore all the people with the awful comments. I think your paper is awesome!!!!! Thank you for creating it.
Hello Carol
This is only because you didn't go to the "advanced" settings of the computer. It would be easier for me to help you if you go to our Facebook page, facebook.com/Palissade.Image

Nice and neat transfer ...I loved your neatly work..where we can buy that kind of palisade papers..thank you
Gonna try this on my custom made wooden music box. Hope it works!
What kind of paper were used for printing the designs?
Great video! I am working on old photographic processes. I am going to upload videos about it on my RUclips channel dedicated to film photography!
Amazing...Plz upload vedio for whiskey bottle (glass) photo transfer
Can one use this no rub method on canvas? Thanks!
Have you or others tried this technique to apply an image to plastic, such as a model kit?
Being able to cleanly transfer just the printing (such as lettering) onto a model surface without any backing film (which is how typical water-slide decals work) would be a fantastic. The halo created by backing film is often noticeable on some decals when applied to a painted model, and also "silvering" when the decal film lifts up from the model surface can often make a decal look bad.
So being able to transfer just the printed image/text without ant residual backing film, would potentially solve a host of issues scale-model often run into.
The transfer of the image is made by the glue and keeps embedded in it. We do not know glues or gel mediums that grips on plastic so we do not recommend this process for non gripping surfaces
Veo que lo haces muy fácil, yo no he sido capaz de hacer un transfer, además si las explicaciones fueran en español podría entender mucho mejorGraciasMiryam
I've done it sucessfully ^_^
Tom great video, lesson, and artwork. I have this video saved for months but I haven’t got a laser printer. I guess I can go to staples and have them print with laser right? How would this paper work w I k jet? Or do you have other transfer papers?
Hi Kara Shea for inkjet, sorry but it makes bubbles. You can have a look at our Facebook page for more details facebook.com/Palissade.Image
Photocopy at Staples, you will have to make sure that the local staff is ok for you to bring your own paper. Sometimes they don't master all settings as this can be new for them, here are some settings and a video made by Adrian who had this problem 👍🏻
Settings: custom 1
75 gr gsm paper
Insert landscape side
ruclips.net/video/EveZaLtDKfM/видео.html
the transfer came out great. My main complaint is that the paper is so thin, it would often get destroyed in a laser machine to copy the image. I didn't try taping to a piece of paper, which I could try to see how it would go through a laser copy printer. I happen to have an ink jet machine myself.
thanks,
Jill

I'm sorry that you went trough all those experiences, best for me to help you is to talk on my Facebook page, I'll explain how everything can work fine 🌺 facebook.com/Palissade.Image
Hi Tom. This is beautiful. One thing I want to know is that can Modge Podge be used for image transfer? You also showed modge podge while describing different options for the activity
All acrylic based glues, gel, varnishes can be used as soon as they become transparent when dry
