Agree.. this is one of the best C2C video that I have understood so clearly.. thank you once again. Can you please share the same pattern for a baby blanket
Thank you for showing a beginner in c2c but not new to crochet. I am not afraid of trying new techniques if explained right as you have clearly made my project less complicated. Love your teaching technique which is a must for a beginner and every step you recommend has untangled my thinking and how to start and continue the graph. I am a Great Grandmother making Love Pillows for my Great and Grand Daughter for next Valentine Day, so Thankful for finding you on youtube early I can finish now before that time. You are a awesome Teacher!! God Bless You for Helping!!💗❤
Ty so very much for this tutorial! I watched over 10 videos trying to learn C2C until I came across yours. FINALLY someone that explains it perfectly & easy to understand! I really appreciate it! I love all your patterns & already purchased rhia one. Looking forward to buying & crocheting morw of your beautiful work. Ty again!!!
What a great tutorial!!! I started crocheting a couple years ago and am looking forward to trying this c2c method. I absolutely LOVE the heart design and I bet it would look amazing in different colored squares of a blanket!
Wow...thank you so much for this detailed tutorial. I have done many c2c's but....I have never carried yarn ! So excited to get started...wish me luck. Thank you again !
This was awesome. I am not a beginner, but I have never done a c2c with a pattern. This is all I needed to start ...your are very good at showing how it should be done....Thank you
Thank you thank you thank you. I looked awhile back trying to understand how to c2c graph but I swear it seemed like they wanted to show us but not really teach us. So here I am after a yr looking again and finally found this 😊. I'm just gonna say...I love you 🤣❣️thank you hun. It's so appreciated.
I made 4 of those in 2019 messed up one before I got the hang of it lol but it was with someone else those day's you explain it so well just wish I found your video before now I will try it again so easy to fallow you thank you for your video
Great video. Explain it very well. The color changes can be a bummer but I think for some rows I will just save some headaches and weave those ends in. Hope to see more .Love your videos. I take a piece of yarn and tie a bow in the front side. I really enjoy the longer show how videos. I think it helps going through it all helps the crocheting person have more faith in you .
This is a great tutorial and explaining it very well, however I'm with you Cindy I tried doing this by carrying the yarn and you can see it through the other color too much it didn't look good at all too sloppy, so if I try this pattern again, I'll just weave those ends in also.
I found this so informative it made it a lot easier for me to understand. I saw one before yours. And he was all over the board and it was supposed be for beginners. But I went ahead and made a whole tile while you were making it so I would know how to do it thank you so much.
Finally a C2C tutorial I understand! I have watched a ton of videos and this is the only one I could keep up with. The only question I have is, when the pattern says maintain for so many rows how do you do that?
Thank you, Michelle! I’m not sure which part you’re referring to. Here’s a link to the pattern on my blog. You can print the PDF and follow along to it like I do in the tutorial. lovableloops.com/patterns/free-heart-pixel-graph-crochet-pattern/
If I want to make a blanket using squares with the heart in it, how would I sew the squares together? This is a great way to use up scrap yarn, which I want to do. Thanks.
I think your work looks much more polished having a 2ch turning chain that acts as your 4th "DC". :) I watched one other video that starts with a chain 6 and chain 3 in between... 2 leaves less gap in my opinion :)
An excellent tutorial... thank you... I really like it where there is no holes... It would be awesome if you would do pretty lettering pillow tops or Inspirational quotes such as Blessed, or Thankful, etc. Thanks!
Hi good morning from Israel. Thank you for this video. Who can I 🖨 print the all information about it ? All of the patterns? TODA it's thank you in our language
I LOVE the way you teach, but I'm confused :( I have never made c2c projects and started following the heart project on this video but I notice that the graph and PDF have different instructions. In the graph the row 1 shows arrow going towards left and in PDF shows 1 (WS). when i make my 5 starting chain I dont' turn so I make my first square to be my right side /front. Am I just all confused? please help
Hi 👋🏼 I purchased a pattern from ‘Knot My Design’ and she has linked your RUclips channel as she doesn’t have a video for her pattern. So thank you for sharing. I am curious do you have a video showing how to make a C2C graphgan as a rectangle rather than a square? Also do you have a video that shows how to add different colours rather than carry the yarn? As I’ll be using a few different colours in my blanket and just to save money I’d rather not carry all the coloured yarn through the whole blanket. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Take care and stay safe. God bless 🙏🏽💗🧶😊
Yes... V Good teacher n looking forward to your design in terms of no. Of tiles per diagonal row please... For this I have noted down ...beautiful tutorial..... 🙋thanks
Thankyou for the wonderful patteren ..I have never c2c before I was scared to start.. with your graph to download and written patteren also the video to watch I made the heart sqaure I'm just starting your alphabet blanket.. thankyou so much a wonderful teacher all in one place to find the pattern the graph (no headache) searching 6 different links for one pattern ❤💐
My squares are looking very rectangular, I don`t think I`m over tightening it doesn't sinch and I use a tension regulator. I`m using 4mm acrylic with a 4mm hook - could it be the hook size or material used.
Thank you for making this tutorial! I am a beginner for C2C and am working on your teddy bear square at the moment. The only trouble I am still having is that when I carry the white yarn through the brown yarn I can still see the white yarn. Am I missing something?
I watched one other video tutorial by Tonya Bush and she said it's better to just end your color when you have to carry it for too long in your work to avoid seeing it and puckering. It's best to just start another bobbin of the same color on the other side of your work. Only carry through as few blocks as possible and only when the colors match. I have not started any C2C yet, but I am gathering information on the process to help me when I do. I hope that helps! :)
Hello! I have a question. You do a chain 5 to start an increase row and a chain two to make the next square. I keep seeing it as chain 6 and chain 3 for the next square. Does it make a difference?
So many errors in this video! It’s a ch6, 3dc for regular c2c and a ch5, 2 hdc for mini c2c. Omg that hook squeaking is annoying. So much wasted yarn too! Carrying the yarn like this is so messy and wasteful. The back looks terrible carrying all that. A c2c is reversible and should look as good on the back as the front. Try 3amgracedesigns for a MUCH BETTER video. And much more accurate.
@@tracyannettewhitefield7470 really unnecessary for you to call her technique an error. It's personal preference whether you ch 6/3 or 5/2. Carrying yarn vs tying off is also personal preference. You do you, and let others do it the way they want to you judgemental prick.
Beginner here. I dont understand how you know how many to chain and how many stiches the squares represent. The first square you chain 5 because you are using double crochets so you have to star on the 3rd chain. But how do you know the first square represents 3 stitches? Love the video tho! Thank you! ❣
Would you explain further or any one in the group why you work one row going up the graph and then then next row going down the graph? I am not sure of the reasoning.
The first row u start pink if it's 9 and both side 2 white all together has to be 13 instead of 14 when u line and marked. I tried it and didn't come when I counting the rows
I just found you while looking at various C2C. I’ve never done it and really want to try it. I also want to do the tunisian C2C also. Can this graph be used for the Tunisian stitch C2C? Can you show us that too? Thank You
Hi! I've never tried Tunisian stitch before. It's on my list of things that I want to learn. If I think I am good enough at it once I learn, I will make a video to share. :)
Kindly upload a detailed video on graphans c2c bunny blanket crohcet / animals crochcet/ tom & jerry. i want to crochet a blanket for my baby. I'll be thankful for that plzzz :)
Im having trouble keeping my white string from showing though the right side (between the tiles) i pull it tight and it shows through and if i loosen the string it looks really bad on the back side. Looks nothing like what yours does with the string barely visible on either side. Any advise? Thank you.
