the car just sold a few weeks back for 1.76 million dollars! Guess her family is comfy. But those of us who never saw that car never will. Her brother and sister should have NEVER driven the car at all! It should have been mechanically preserved with original paint job (the psych paint) and stored safely somewhere. But...lets hope the new owner protects it and appreciates it as much as Janis did. As a car enthusiast - i just dont think her family should have driven it. But..ah well
Unfortunately it seems that true culpability belongs to her buddy boy manager, mindlessly subjecting a prized Porsche to the NY rust belt while letting his entitled guests use it like a soup kitchen... 👎😠
I was 8 years old when she passed. Missed her concerts.
