  • One of the questions I get the most often is: how can I change my negative beliefs?
    Once people become self-aware enough to understand where their issues stem from, they often find themselves stuck. They get why they feel/behave a certain way but they don’t understand how they can go from an unwanted state to a desired one. This process is what we call the process of change.
    When you are stuck in a pattern, this means that you have subconsciously formed a habit. Therefore, in order to change our patterns, we need to replace our old patterns with new ones before the old ones go away. Basically, your old patterns have become your brain and body’s routine so in order to change your current routine, you need to create new, consistent routines. The only way to do this is through consistency so keep the following in mind: to get good at anything you need to take repetitive and consistent action: practice, practice, practice. It might feel scary, uncomfortable, boring and annoying at first but if you stick with it long enough, you can change whatever you desire.
