Appreciate this comparison, sir. I would love a cutting multitool to complement a straight edge knife that had a replaceable utility blade, scissors, a serrated blade, and a scraper/pry tool. Maybe a beefier version would have a saw and wire cutters.
If you have a small Advil bottle, or something similar, that's empty, they work fantastic as a small container that you can keep a few extra bits in that fits in your pocket.
I use a small altolids tins fits 21 ,1/4 bits . Milwaukee metric Allens and STD to 1/4 size , 10-20 torx and large flat and 3 phillips. And large paper clit and small Coltter PIN . I carry additional malco flip socket in a quarter inch ratchet.
Fukuoka Heavy Duty Folding Trapezoidal utility knife with double sided, one side utility blade and the other side edc knife with seratted bottom. A must try. No pocket clip but for dedicated until knife is very very good. Second only to the Milwaukee 48-22-1502.
The DeWalt push and flip could have been the PERFECT utility knife but some psychopath decided that it should expose ever so slightly more than half of the blade, ruining the whole knife for me. I'm legitimately so upset about it.
I like the Milwaukee fastback the most
It is hard to beat.

I’m with ya there
What's good, Knife Life EDC? I hope you and yours had a knice holiday. 🙂
It was good but of course it wasn’t long enough. How about you?
@@Knife_Life_EDC86Good as well, thanks. Happy New Year!

I do have a extra little metal bottle I could use for it
@@Knife_Life_EDC86 A tissue or piece of cloth will keep them from rattling. 🙂

Use a zip tie to hold the tin closed
I loved your video. Because I teach knife fighting using a short lanyard. All your knives will work but we normally use lock blade knives.
Thank you
Hands down, the fastback with bit driver and a wiha bit set in my pocket.
I need to get me a wiha set. I’ve heard a lot of people like them
Yeah, but for your job, a dedicated utility knife sounds like a better idea. 🙂

I gave it a google and I think I’m going to have to check one out now. Thanks for the info.
My master Force is an auto opener. It's fantastic.
Where did you get it? At the store or did you order it online bc the menards I go to doesn’t have a lot
@@Knife_Life_EDC86 I got it at the store

I’ve never checked out any of dewalts tools. Might have to do some looking around then
@@Knife_Life_EDC86 SK made a good one with 5-blade storage. I'll let you know how I feel about it when I have it in person.
You can flick the Milwaukee Fastback easily!
