I'm currently going broke getting it from local shops but it's nearly impossible to find both a vegetarian/vegan AND spicy. My wallet and I would be ever grateful if we could make it at home. I'm happy to see Seonkyeong back behind the kitchen counter. You came into my life a few years after Maangchi, and taught me so much about Korean food. In fact, In September I am putting my feet on South Korean soil for the first time ever. I'm so excited to learn more about Korean culture, try more food and also explore some of the cultural sights.
