I’m glad you added to your face to the image frame. I don’t know where this trend started but I really hate it it’s very bad feng shui to see decapitated people or even half people. Here in the north eastern United States it’s extremely hot this year, I’m a total cold-weather person. Good luck with your move :-).
I've wanted to finally try and make some cold noodles, so this came at the right time! I'm very thankful that the summer has been very very mild where I'm at, today will only be 20C, but next week it'll be closer to 30C....still not as bad as Spain 😆. Please enjoy your summer travels, and I'd love it if you shared some of the food you eat from the country, if you're not too scared to film in public (I know I would be scared). Cheers!
I just found your channel and I enjoyed it. Thank you for the recipes. I live in Indonesia, and it's very warm all year round. So cold noodles are always good!
Thank you for your wonderful recipes. Really looking forward to your next video. :) Could you make some more recipes for summer? And what's your favorite dessert in summer? :)
Oh my! I loved the look of the spicy noodles! Gochujang and Kimchi! 2 of my favorite things to eat! Thank you for the recipes! It's winter here in Australia, so I won't be cooking any of these soon, but when summer comes, (Dec-Jan-Feb) I'll be trying them out!
Recently my husband has been so into cold matcha soba noodles, finally there are some cold noodle variations that I can also prepare for him! Thanks for sharing all of these ❣️❣️ love from Singapore!
Yasss!! I've been having cold noodles almost every day -- It's also been super warm in Boston these days >w< Can't wait to try your recipes some time!!
Oh my goodness! That is hot! These recipes look soooo good! Perfect for hot days! I’ve been making a lot of cold spicy noodles this summer, but the sauce I make uses sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and then a little bit of garlic chili paste to make it spicier. I wasn’t able to find gochujang for a while, so I had to use the sweet chili sauce and garlic chili paste instead. Now I think I prefer it! 😄 Looking forward to trying some of these! Stay cool!
I had all ingredients for the first recipe... less special noodles :( so! I use spaghetti , sorry >_< (just more minutes in boiled water than usual). It was delicious!!! I hope try with authentic corean noodles. Thanks!
Thank you for the comment! In this case, mirin fu is better. Mirin fu is used for cold dishes, hon mirin is used for warm dishes :) Actually I don't really care which one to use because they're similar 🤣
Hi everyone, I'm from Italy 🇮🇹 Is there anyone else? I find it really difficult to find these ingredients in Italy, if you find them anywhere please give me some advice 🙏🏻 Should I search for them on Amazon? :/
Sorry I’ve never lived in Italy but I just want to give you a tip. I think the best way to buy Asian products is going to the Asian supermarket. If you don’t have one in your city, there should be some delivery services like this! www.kathay.it/collections Amazon works too! but usually it's more expensive than the Asian supermarkets.

I live in the South of Spain and, between the heatwave and the fires, this was a godsend!! Thank you, can't wait to make this at home!
Same here! Been trying to eat something new apart from ensalada or salmorejo 😂😂😂
Spaniards are racist same goes for italians
Oh my goodness! Fires are no fun. We have one here in Yosemite National Park and the heat isn’t helping either. CHEERS TO COLD NOODLE SQUAD.
@@noneedtoknowme Im also from Spain and one third of the country is in flames... its very sad :(

Ay yay yay! A few hot days together are bearable, but such a long period with such high temps is just awful. Hope the move will bring some relief!

Looks delicious! I love cold noodles, I can’t wait to try these
our temperatures are similar here in the south east USA and you see everyone outside acting as if it is the best time of year. These people are crazy.
Recently found your channel and i’m super interested in the soy milk noodles. Will definitely be trying those tomorrow!
If you will visit others city, it would be very interesting if you make vlogs about this. Im always curious about foreigners see my country :D

It was 40 degrees C (104 F) where I'm at in the USA today. Good call getting out of Dodge! It's too hot!

Top I will try 👍😊😊

I like your new flat Yuka! Where is it?
When you mention mirin, do you use hon mirin or mirin fu? I've seen they are different and I don't know which one to use
Thank you for the comment!

@@yuka_jp thanks! I wasn't sure about it. Then I will try some recipes, they look delicious! Specially the miso one 😋
Could you use dashi broth instead of plain water, especially in the corn recipe?
I have never tried it with dashi broth but I think it goes well! In that case, better not to put the chicken essence powder. 1 broth for 1 dish :)
@@yuka_jp Thanks--and thanks for the reminder to not use the chicken also.
