I am very thankful I found your channel! Again I burst out into tears upon seeing your photos of the magnificent bears ❤ All the photos are brilliant and I love hearing about your experience with the animals. I especially loved the Kestrel wings wide open in flight! So my favorites are the Bears (close to my heart) and the Kestrel. I can see why it was so difficult to pic an order. You are one very talented photographer! And that little duck catching flies! How sweet is that! Thank you so much :-)
Thank you Sue, so nice to see your comments on my videos and I’m glad you’re enjoying the channel so far :) I’ve been lucky to see so many amazing animals this year, hopefully more to come in 2023!
@@wildlifewitholly haha it's all about layers mate! Although saying that, I recorded a video yesterday and was sat in a hide for 3 hours - even with multiple socks and gloves, it was still way too cold 😂
Olly, I have only recently found your channel but I gotta say...I LOVE IT! You remind me very much of myself, your passion for wildlife and photography is extremely infectious, it shows in the videos. You appear to be very laid back, also like myself, and your photos you capture are superb. Every time I watch one of your videos I just want to grab my camera nd go out shooting,,then I realise its 0130 in the morning, and I have to massively rethink! :-) These phots on this video as well as your vidoe is brilliant and really enjoyed it, especially like your calm and laid back documentary stylee commentaty....great channel......keep it my matey! :-)
Thank you! Really appreciate the kind words and so pleased it makes you want to grab the camera and head out, even if it is 1 in the morning! Just subscribed to your channel and will give your videos a watch later on :)
Stunning images and really loved that urban fox with the wonderful bokeh, been great watching your channel, always so enjoyable and so well put together , have a great Christmas 🎄
Really nice. I put together a slide show of my favourite picyutres of 2022, but it came to about 105. Apart from my favourite, I would find it hard to whittle the list down to 10. I guess that's one of the things you have to do if you are trying to build a channel though. I photograph principally for myself.
@@wildlifewitholly My favourite is that of a Migrant Hawker dragonfly turning back on itself. It is clearly labelled as favourite in the slideshow. I post all my photos on Facebook, but the slideshow (and a wildlife video of my Spetember holiday in Eskdale, are on youtube: www.youtube.com/@lionhawk555
@@wildlifewitholly It's what I bought all my camers to do (D300, followed by D810, followed by Z9). Other stuff is just as it comes - it's the dragonflies in flight that thrill me.
While I am old enough to be your grandfather, we are on about the same level of proficiency w/re to our photographic skill. We even use the same camera...AND it ISN'T a mirrorless. Where we differ, markedly, is in our skill with RUclips work. This seems to come more naturally to your generation of youngsters. Anyway, just thought I'd throw in my two farthings.

I’ve thought about going mirrorless but think I’ll definitely stick with what I’ve got for a while!
