Can I provide my Medium of Instruction Certificate as English Proficiency Certificate? I have Certificate from previous university(outside Europe) stating my high school was completed in English Medium?
I think because it is outside of EU, it might not meet the requirements and you would need to take an additional language proficiency test That is how it is stated on WU's website: www.wu.ac.at/en/programs/application-and-admission/language/
As of 2022: 10 times more applicants (approx. 2400) as there are places (240) As published by WU: www.wu.ac.at/en/press/press-releases/press-releases-details/detail/interesse-an-wu-bachelorstudium-erneut-sehr-hoch/ As of 2023: on the Bachelor's day at WU (14.04.2023) the program manager said that this year it might be even lower, around 8%
Usually, basing it on how long does a full webinar cycle lasts (that covers all the math topic with 1 topic per week or per 2 weeks in case it is a longer/harder one), around 2-3 months. My students can also go at their own pace and take less or more time to complete it since the course platform is built in a way that you can study 24/7 whenever it is convenient for you (I know one student who has completed it in just a few weeks, a super determined young man who got accepted and ranked 14th! out of around 2000 applicants). Regarding the webinars: the third cycle will begin this week with a welcome webinar and then next Saturday we will start with the first math topic. It will be the last webinar cycle and it will end around 1 week before the entrance exam 2023. So that the students have some time to revise everything they have learned. Also, the course is so much more than just the webinars (that are there so that the students can ask me any questions they have about the theory and/or tasks of the topic we are covering that day), it has all the theory, tasks, and more video explanations where necessary available on an online platform, also, if someone has missed a webinar, it will also be available on the course platform!
