Good Evening Jose, this walking tour is so alarming on how some folks by choice resort to this life style. Addiction and mental illness is an ingredient. No real solution. However, I do remember when mental hospitals were common place through out the USA. Today its different, most of those mental health hospital have been closed down. Only the most severe cases today are either being institutionalized or in jail. The rest of thease folks are lost in the streets. Government truly needs to have a fair policy in place.
They needs to be more government funding for mental health and addiction. Because that is where it all stems from. My city is really hard on the homeless because they don't like it all trashed like that, I live 45 miles south of Austin and they basically prop up homeless and it's terrible now there is trash and needles everywhere crime through the roof it's really sad
I've worked in the parks for over thirty years ! They get trespassed, leave most of their crap. And find another place. I end up cleaning up the messes. It's a never ending cycle ! My city had the picnic shelters removed and it has saved me hours a day picking up trash and removing graffiti !

I am 50 plus and I only paid rend 4 years in my life and never paid electricity. 😅😢😂. I work 2 days a week and recieve ssdi hahaha why u Making homeless look bad. Lol Many homeless are normal people homeless Because of covid lock downs and the Biden inflation. Lolololol. I sleep in my car with windows up for years with car off and it's not that hot. I 6 miles from north Miami.
